"The Storage Center "located on Red Bud Lane in Round Rock Texas where I rented a unit, paid in full, and have my personal property stored, is being denied entry by the store manager unless I pay $150 for allegedly leaving trash in front of the unit, which I deny to the fullest. I fell like I am being extorted. The corporation, "Brookwood Properties" located in Baton Rouge LA also has refused to release my property unless I paid $75 because the manager of the unit has a picture of trash (that anyone could be responsible for including the MGR)in front of my unit. Owners son came out to unclog our main sewer line. His diagnosis was that there were roots in our line & it may need to be replaced. He charged us the service charge fee of $ 110 plus he added an additional $60 fee for resetting the toilet for us & $25 for nothing totaling $195. According to the company this should have been included in the service charge & the owner refused to refund our money (that which was charged over the base rate). They don't want to return my money $315.88 + tax for defective filter and assembly Everpure (Wato WI-9270-70 H-300).
I purchase the filter for $140.35 and it leak, I went back and they sold me the entire assembly for 349.53 on 06/04/2010 and still leaked, I went back and they sold me a different type that this one was OK. (BG-300) both of them made by Water Inc.

I read an article on Yahoo/Reuters about a woman who found several different ways to make make ends meet during our economy crisis by using trial offers, coupons and discounts. One of the things she mentioned was a tooth whitening product that was equal to a professional treatment. We are in contact with a writer at the Associated Press in Las Vegas. We need as many complaints against Wells Fargo and the HAMP program as possible. My experience with this attorney was absolutely horrible! He spent no time preparing for my case. He showed up to my hearing and asked me what the issue was 10 minutes prior to the hearing! He tried to take notes, but 10 minutes was not enough time to grasp what the problem was and as a result, he had no idea of how to proceed and I lost my case. This guy was rude and arrogant and acted like he did me a favor by taking my case! I told him I wanted to appeal the decision and he said I could not, which was a lie! hi, just hoping for a little advice please- I bought a corner unit from scs 6months a go costing £1000 it took me ages to save up and pay cash, but it was something that I really wanted for my first place. Only 6months on the sofa looks appauling the cushions are so flat that you can feel the underneath on your bum its horrible. My boyfriend and I both work full time and have no children so the sofa is hardly used..
do you think i stand a chance in getting a refund eventhough i have had it for 6 months?

I actually like the product and would purchase on my own. But my gripe stems from the fact that I place what I thought was a one time order, only to find another $60.00 charge on my card the next month! I called the company saying I did not want the 2nd shipment, they told me they'd cancel my account once they received the item back... BUT THEY DIDN'T! Jared Coad is the owner of Refined Solar in Arizona and has a history of poor customer service! Some have contacted me claiming he is a complete FRAUD! Several of his previous customers called us stating they gave Jared THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS as a deposit on a solar system. The company charges money for a service (movie downloads) it does not directly provide. The software used is "Vuze" which may be downloaded for free. They claim "unlimited access" to movie downloads "24/7", but this service is not in fact provided by them directly (again, provided by Vuze). They have a customer assistance system to answer questions, but my complaints in this regard have never been answered directly. In the future, I will research such companies more fully, but this company's claim of services is, in fact, fraudulent. read full review »

When I went to have a routine teeth cleaning, the front desk clerk came with a proposal of services after being checked by the Dentist. Although I have a dental PPO which covers cleaning and other exam services, they wanted me to upgrade the cleaning and charge an additional $80. I called the insurance company who stated that they should give me the cleaning covered by my plan, but the dental office refused and stated I could not have a cleaning unless I take the upgraded version. I purchased a Dell XPS 1730 laptop two years ago for work. It arrived, I unpacked it and turned it on, loaded my software and began working. About a week into owning it, I went on travel and tried to use it without plugging it in. It wouldn't start. I checked the battery and it was at zero charge.

I want to tell the true story about this company. This company maintained my yard and it died and we fired them and told them we wanted a discount for the bill. We offered them $500.00 to settle but they refused.
They filed a collection against me on my credit report. I have disputed this collection notice and have never been contacted by a collection agency or have signed an agreement.

"There are disclaimers on every listing and the shipping page saying orders take longer at peak times. 'Operative' being the key word." I'm not joking. My husband had been doing business with Denville Trans for years. He brought his truck to them and provided a clutch kit for them to install. They had installed the prior clutch. Well, the technician did not look at the parts clearly prior to installation. Shouldn't that be done? The truck ran for a few days and then stopped.
