A car that is 6 years old with 92, 000 miles has a subframe that is completed rusted through. I was told that it is unsafe to drive, and that I should consider myself lucky that nothing happened while I was driving it because it could fall apart at any moment. It will be thousands to repairs. Chrysler claims that it is out of warranty, and there is nothing that can be done. I have filed a complaint with the NHTSC. This is unacceptable, and I urge other Pacifica owners to check because a number of people have posted the exact same problem! I spent yesterday, 5/3/10 / waiting for the installers to come and put in my carpeting. After many phone calls to the company they finally showed up and worked until 8:30 in the evening. I would never deal with them again in the future. The salesman was rude and hung up on me when I was explaining my complaint. The installers did a good job but much too late. Wireless phone plan was changed before out of state relocation with CSR over the phone; however plan was never actually changed or documented in the system. Roaming charges in the excess of thousands of dollars accrued. Disputed with reps and no change made. Account was sold to Professional Collection Consultants and they opened a civil case and claimed to personally serve summons, which never happened. Unaware of case until default judgment was in place and bank account was levied. Judge denied motion to vacate. In August 2009, our loan was transferred from Taylor Bean & Whitaker to Cenlar, then to Ocwen in Nov. 2009. Some checks might not be processed on time due to the transferring process. For example, our loan was transferred to Ocwen on 11/16, but the payment was due on 11/16. I was at church and noticed that my right Clarks shoe had fallen apart. The sole detached from the top of the shoe as I was ushering. These were my Sunday shoes and occasionally worn. Checked this site and called 800-624-7463 to discuss with the company. They were very helpful and had me choose a replacement pair to ship out free. The Au Pair Foundation is absolutely terrible. Don't use them! You'll get NO SUPPORT and there is no personalized vetting to ensure a good, sound match is made. I have personal experience with this company and have paid twice for two au pairs to be accepted into my home.
