My experience with Cardex, now Pivotal:- 5 months after the contract expired Pivotal withdrew over $10, 000 (Over Ten Thousand Dollars) without consent. To be safe one has to close their bank account immediately to avoid having monies withdrawn. (Open a new account where Pivotal does not have access) In my opinion Pivotal encourages wholesale theft and is not the least bit concerned as to whether their dishonesty forces a company out of business. I feel Pivotal is a Snake Oil Outfit and should be avoided. Jason Cooke recruits young naive people into a door to door sales scheme to sell sporting event, spa, salon, and golf course tickets. He makes you an "independent contractor" on consignment sales so that when the cops bust you for not having a vendors permit he has no liability! Had a bad experience with them. Bought a battery/charger for camera, it was a no-name aftermarket product. It nearly caused a fire at home, point to remember, Don't Leave Unattended Electronics Batteries/Chargers...Can Explode.. It took a long time ((nearly 10 months of constant phone calls/emails))for them to refund my money as well as damages to the carpet. Be careful with them. read full review »

My 17 year old daughter and her best friend fell victims to these internet sewer rats. My daughter goes to school full-time and works part-time as a clerk in a department store to support her modeling and acting dreams. She does volunteer work at an animal shelter on the weekends reads to the elderly twice a week. The funds illegally extracted from her bank account amounted to almost a week's salary. I made two support requests recently for non-payment of rewards offered free for completed advertisement participations. There is no limit to the number of free offers you may complete. The second support request contained this line:
"Please note: Excessive number of manually credited offers may be automatically flagged as potentially fraudulent activity and result in the disabling of offers from your account."

I ordered a beaded bracelet from the website. It specializes in Filipino jewelry and accessories. Although it was exciting to find a company who makes authentic and affordable items to show filipino pride, the process I have been put through is horrible. The long of the short of it is after several times closing the account, over the course of three months multiple phone calls and numerous e-mails they continue to charge my Paypal account. Paypal was even worse when contacted. We had our son saving his allowance for months, diligently and patiently, to buy this toy for a group paintball-like party event outdoors. He "purchased" it from this website, and paid overnight shipping with $24 dollars of his own hard-earned money. They never sent it. Never returned any of 6 phone calls, one from him in his little voice asking for his toy please. And there's no address anywhere on the website. They claim to be working with google to boost your website. They ask you for £125 plus vat for one month and within three days you should start to see your website ratings improve. Convincing and plausible on the phone but none of their contact details checkout. The tel no. just rings. The address is no longer in use and they do not answer the email requests. Highly unprofessional. I wouldn't trust them with my valuables! I have had 2 neighbors in the last 6 months complain about their unprofessionalism. Their movers speak very little broken English. They damaged several items. Today they were moving another neighbor and blocked my garage and entry way. I asked them 3 times to move and they refused, they said that they would be done "soon". I just received a settlement letter from Afni. It says they are attempting to collect a debt for $700.41 for AT&T Mobility. I knew it was a scam when the phone number doesn't work and another fact that I have never had AT&T mobile and the letter says AT&T Mobility. The letter is dated 06/04/2011. I bought items from this seller on 7th May 2011 and paid using Paypal. I have not received my goods. They do not answer telephone calls or emails. Trying to open a dispute with Paypal but as seller asks you to allow up to 28 days for delivery this leaves little time to get a dispute up within the 45 day deadline.
How I hate that people can take your money and get away with it - puts me off buying anything on the internet. read full review »

I have just found out that I was billed three times for a single booking for a Qantas flight. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with a Qantas representative in Australia who was unable to sort out my problem as all the credit card information for US booked flights is taken care of in New Zealand. Of course the New Zealand office was closed forcing me to wait. Meanwhile, my account is overdrawn incurring fees, my rent has bounced incurring a late fee. Will these fees be refunded by Qantas given that it's their error? I hope this isn’t how they regularly conduct business. read full review »

Vehicle with less than 5, 000 miles, less than a year old to be repaired. Was quoted it would take 17 days to fix it (2.5 weeks or so) but it took 8 weeks!! AND IT"S still not fixed! The Famers Insurance is the worst. All my neighbors, surrounding my house or closed to my house, got new roofs for their houses paid by their insurances because the hails damages. But I don't get the new roof since I am with the Farmers Insurance. There were three roofing companies inspected my house, every one of them said my roof is damaged by hails and I need a new roof. All the things I feared has come front and center. I fought and lost my lemon law case against GM Chevrolet, all the things I told them was wrong with the car, that couldn't be proven then has come to surface. Engine and Transmission repair on my 2005 Trailblazer that only has 75, 000 miles with the extended warranty going off in the next 3, 000 miles then I'll really be screwed. He will spend as much time as needed answering any questions that need addressing. I have had a couple of surgeries done by him. These people have had a broken freezer for months, and not only are they too cheap to fix or replace it, but they are still selling food out of it that has gone bad! When we went back in to show them the visibly bad frozen food, the woman was rude right away. She called her husband who was professional and apologized for his broken freezer and said we would get a full refund. 2x and being gauranteed shipment on either 5/9 or 5/16 I cancelled the
order with them and Groupon. I had emailed 2 times with no response. No one was picking up email according to the notice that I got. I question how they can possibly get enough organic meats to fulfill all Groupon orders from all over the country plus their own customers. I read the reviews and went with Wood Play In PA. It must be a wooden swing set thing because mine is falling apart. Its not even a year old and I have had to submit claims on 4 different pieces. I am told I have to pay for shipping even though its not even a year old. I am still waiting after 2 months.
