I participated in one of Square Knot Consulting s Grantwriter/Trainer courses. Paid $100.00 for the course and $50.00 for the "Ducks in a Row" book we were told we needed. I completed the course and was told I passed the test - this was April 14th! We were told we be working no later than May 27th if we passed. I have followed-up several times leaving messages and actually talked to several people - I was asked to be patient. Doug from ABQ Seats displayed pathetic customer service regarding my ticket purchase for a concert in Toronto, Canada. On 02/04/2010 I purchased a Kenmore clothes dryer at the Sears store in Alpharetta, GA. The salesman told me about the $75.00 rebate and gave me the necessary paperwork to submit the rebate request. Bought an Aspire One for me (grad student) and my son (autism). Six months after purchase the screen cracked. Netbook was still under warranty so I sent it to Repair Center in Texas per ACER Repair Center website(shipping $50+). Received a call from Repair Center stating that cracked screens are not under warranty and that I would have to pay $200+ to get it fixed (which was more than it cost) and if I did not want them to fix it I would have to pay additional shipping fees if I wanted them to send it back. I too, tried to cancel my account with CastleRock only to be told that I had to finish my 3 years. When I tried to cancel after the 3 year period, I was told that it had automatically renewed. So far I have sent a letter to the BBB of Illinois, written to the President of CastleRock, Brian Johnson, and tomorrow will disable the system. I went through Hell and back trying to get this issue resolved - I had the replacement warranty on a Zen MP3 player, needed to get it serviced -- long story short I spent over 3 hours on the phone and given the runaround ! I am unfortunately a client of woodforest bank. I recieved a check off craigs list where i took it to my bank and spoke directly with the branch manager with concerns that the check was a scam. Hi I bought a show cat from this cattery. At the time of purchase they did not disclose to me that the cat was ill, even when we checked his records it showed that one of the kittens in the litter was. After a month of insisting he was (they said it was just allergies) they admitted he was sick. He contracts with clubs to bring people to them, then charges people a fee at the door. In exchange, he promises "upscale crowds, premium alcohol, top DJs and red carpet".
