In March 2009 my wife and I took delivery of a 5/0 Sleep to Live 700 series mattress by Kingsdown, (Mebane NC). I was charged $59.99 for a product I supposedly needed in order to install my AVG anti-virus. It ended up being so that I didn't need anything to install my anti-virus. Although I didn't order or receive this product that I paid for my debit card was charged and I want a refund on this amount because this is fraud. I have been customer for almost a year with this company, recently I was diagnosed with M.S. and luekemia.I called company to get a one day extension on my bill. Very disappointed with VCM and Dr Aboulafia.  For several weeks i have been  trying to get Dr Aboulafia to call me back and after 6 unreturned calls, I had to resort to writing them a letter and still no response. Purity Cleaners in Sarasota, Florida ruined my son's silk tie. It appears to have been washed then ironed. They offered to fix their mistake, but the end result is worse! The tie is wrinkled and misshaped. Only someone without any quality control would send that tie back to the customer. I spoke to George at Purity Cleaners and he now says that it is the fault of the company and that I need to take it back to Macy's. That was not his position the first time he took it back. I own one of the Kenmore Elite refrigerators manufactured by LG that lost its Energy Star designation. It is model number 795.775726. I purchased the refrigerator in June of 2007.I also own a Kill A WattEz energy usage monitor. My mom was contacted by this company TIMESHARE TASK FORCE LLC and she was led to believe that they could help her get money back from the timeshare company that stole her money. This company calls my house all hours including after 9 pm and on Sundays. I keep tellling them they have the wrong number and then they proceed to tell me I have to mortgage my house to settle the debt that is not mine. Our bloodhound was supposed to be guaranteed against genetic health defects. She is only 3 and is a terminal cancer patient, has hip dysplasia in both hips, has an eyelid issue that is also genetic (entropion).
