I bought a Rado watch during a cruise...duty free. I was told they were an authorized dealer. I dropped the watch and the stem cracked. I took it in for a repair under the "lifetime" warranty. We used their service recently for an annual maintenance check on our A/C, which they sold us in Mid 2001. The technician came out to our place on Monday March 8, 2010. Right away he acted as though there was a major problem with our system. In fact, he told us our A/C which is cooling just fine needed to be replaced. This collection agency has been calling my mother's house repeatedly, looking for a person who is not affiliated with our family in any way. They use a recording when calling and say to push a certain number if the person they are looking for is not at that phone/address. My mother pushes the number and the call is disconnected, but then they just call again with the same recording a few days or a week later.
