During brewing, coffee dribbles down the carafe lever and onto the burner. This started just a few months after purchase. After reading other reviews, many other people have complained about this. When I wrote to DeLonghi to complain and ask about a replacement, they refused to do anything since the unit is out of warranty. This office misinforms patients and does not return phone calls. The dentist is extremely rude and the quality of the work is inferior. I am a teacher at Le Cordon Bleu and I am tired of seeing students who cannot read or who cannot succeed at this school continue to get loans. There are students who have repeatedly failed more than 5 times who are still given loans. The tuition is about 38k but some students are up to 58k and struggling through the program. First off their rates increase continually (and only sometimes do they let you know about it). I was signed up as a "young adult" or something like that until I turned 24, at which time I was supposed to receive notification that my rate would increase to the normal adult price. After seeing commercials for the Kodak ESP-3 printer in the fall of 2009 I checked the ink costs and purchased one. I used it very little and at aproximately 4 months of ownership the printer said it was out of color ink. Even though there was black ink left and it had printed fine the last time I used it, the printer locked itself in standby mode. Purchased a complete 8 camera, DVR system with a 3 year warranty on the DVR on or about 4/08 from them and on or about 19/20/09 the DVR quit working and a camera was bad. Lincare has the worst customer service. I am completely dissatisfied with my experience with them and am trapped dealing with them until my CPAP has been purchased by them. I got my CPAP in July 2009. I had Aetna insurance at the time. I was told there would be a 90 day trial and then the CPAP would be purchased, once compliance had been proven (through the smart card in my machine).
