On 28 JAN 2010 I ordered Acai Max Cleanse and after it arrived I called to cancel on day 9. According to the terms of the order I had 10 days to cancel any additional orders. I was placed on hold for over 45 minutes. I hung up and called back at a later time. Again I was placed on hold and again I waited 45 minutes. On 2/23/10 a charge of $1.00 showed up on my credit account with a payment going to Discount Book Sale in Florida. I did NOT authorize and charges for them. Called them and asked how I got billed for $1.00. They said it was for a $1.00 Trial membership. I HAD NOT AUTHORIZED any such trila membership and do not want one since they charge a $12.00 to $19.00 monthly fee after the trial membership to buy books from them. Mission Valley Dental ripped me off in May of 2008, their attorney, Brian Kamel, continues to put me off while indicating he is mediating this with me and going to issue a check to me. MV Dental had me (a first time patient) in their office for FIVE hours. This company sends out email offering a (7day) free trial of sexual men enhancement pills. The trial is 7 days with a shipping cost of .97cent, although i canceled and got a conformation number 13 hours after placing my 97cents order I was charged $100.00. two different times with 24hours i was charged 50.00. and was told by their manager that I have to pay for it because the order had been processed. Purchased a new tv. Had it shipped to my home in WI. When I recieved it and oped it up, it was a used tv. Scraches all over it ans the stand had already been attached. Took my elderly mother in law to Baptist Hospital for emergency operation. Emergency room was empty. Had to wait approximately six hours until physician ordered proper blood wook to have her admitted. When I bruised this doctors ego he had me thrown out of the hospital leaving both my mother and father in law stranded. The hospital would not let me be their for her operation leaving her both confused and distraut. I am their primary support. This hospital has no compassion. During this visit, I was the first car pulling up to an empty drive thru. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscut and a large hot mocha. I paid and moved up to pick up my order.
