Purchased a wonderful mattress 4 years ago with a 25 year warranty (spending over 1500.00). The mattress was sagging on both sides after the 4th year. My AT&T phone bill showed a charge appearing from the above company which I never authorized. I called the number AT&T gave me that was for ILD teleservices. They told me that they are only the accounting part of this firm & gave me number for World Web Pages 1-800-530-3147 to call. World Web Pages rep told me that one of my employees authorized the service. I asked them if I can see/listen to the recorded authorization. I purchased an antivirus software from the site for $39.98 because I was having issues with my computer that their software claimed to fix. During the sale process, I read that I would receive an e-mail with pertainant loading information and a receipt. I bought a copy. I did not receive an e-mail and had problems downloading the software. I ended up removing the software from my computer. I tried the process again, hoping to get an e-mail. I have made several phone calls, never getting the same person, or even the same state. I signed up for a free trial November 19, 2009. I should have known, the offer was too good to be true. I received the trail offer in the mail with a packing slip with no address or phone number. My credit card was billed for the trial and the first shipment on the same statement, the charges were one day apart. Customer service claims they did not receive the product I returned to them. I used their service to try to find a person i had lost contact with, to clear up a small claims issue. Hung up on six times, false promises, and corporate told me the bottom line was that they would not foot the bill (their words) for an ongoing HP laptop connection problem.
