I need to file a formal complaint towards this company. We had file chapter 13 in 2008, we made all payments on time to the trustee, however due to my son's disability we had to file for a chapter 7. ILX, Los Abrigados in Sedona, Arizona offered a Voucher(good for one year) for a train ride on the Verde Canyon Train for 3 Adults for a 90 minute tour of their resort. My wife and I completed the tour in Sept 2008 and recieved the voucher. I paid J&J Automotive 293.00 to replace a timing belt in feb. of last year and this week I am having my machanic to do some work and he discovered that the timing belt is the original belt. Advertised for free sample of powder makup and brushes as well for $7.42 shipping and handling. What you end up with is signing for automatic club membership to the tune of $66.00. If you keep the "sample kit" is now costs $66 and if you return you loose $15.80 in shipping charges plus $10.00 restocking fee. A Company salesman walked neighborhood stating he could get new roof and no deductible from Hurricane Wilma. After inspecting roof confirmed there was damage related to Hurricane. Servpro was hired by my apartment complex to clean the debris left in the garages from the flooding. The company cleaned the garages in my building on a day it was raining/snowing. To prevent the gas generator used to power wash the garages from getting "ruined", the company put the gas generator inside the building instead of outside. My husband went in to get his wort removed. The doctor froze it but took advantage of my husbands nerve damage and did not stop when he said he finally felt something on the top of his foot. This concerns a bad plumbing job from One call plumbing, Inc. located at 367 Ceylon Road, Carmichaels, PA 15320. Phone 304-291-4500. Plumbers did some initial work and never showed up to finish the job. We bought a Monaco Diplomat in 2004. On our first journey from the dealership the rear mudflap fell off and the Windshield Wipers quit working. Jung Puppy Club is a horrible puppy broker in South Korea. He has sold puppies to the USA who have arrived to buyers with parvo, distemper, and many other problems including giardia/kennel cough and other ailments. I upgraded to the x8350 all in one printer. The previous cheaper model permitted one to refill their cartridges and reset the levels accordingly. With this version, that is not possible. You still can fill your own but cannot reset the level indicator. Once you have refilled them a few times, the printer (must have communication with Lexmark's mainframe) will then indicate that your cartridge is not recognized by the printer and please install a new one.
