Upon agreeing to a public service ad on local radio we received a copy of the intended script for the ad. It was wrong and we called to make the changes. A few weeks later, the ad aired without the changes. All of our company information was aired incorrectly. We received numerous calls from friends and business associates regarding our ad and were confused about the information on the radio. This company insisted on billing us for the full amount and denied any changes were requested. We challenged their bill. After numerous calls and discussions, they admitted their error. Man!!!...I've tried those breakfast potatos at least six times and they SUCK!!!...I kept specifically asking for has rounds in the drive up and kept getting those potatoes...finally I went inside and the lady said the potatoes have replaced the hash rounds and alot of people don't like them.., so now I only order the item and don't go for the combo or I go to mcd's...I'm sure those potatos are cheaper to make, but the hash rounds were so much better...from a business stand point this was a terriable move...at least... read full review »

I have been a smoker for 22 years now and work has slowed down so I figured I would quit smoking with cigarest . They tell you it is only $6.95 for 30 day supply. Well they actually send you 90 days and if you dont look closely you dont see it and then after a couple months they hit you for another $99.85. The product is not worth the cost. I first used Salesgenie-Lite approximately two years ago. After about five months of ongoing frustration with Login username/password/returning user issues (I seemed to spend more time logging in than I spent using the program) I asked to have my subscription cancelled but was then told that I had to ride out a one year subscription. They call to tell me that I owe them for a "loan" that was taken out a year ago. First of all, they will not tell me anything. When you ask for their company address they immediately hang up. They want all my information, and then when I wouldn't give it to them, they start telling me exactly why they are calling me, I haven't even given them any information. I was told never to call them back again. Come on, if you are a true business, if a consumer is calling you to verify the name of your business and address, something tells me that it would be given to me. read full review »

Finally customer service came on the phone and I began to explain the problem with their product- the atomizer stopped working after 2 weeks of use. This company have also taken money from my account without consent. I am currently in communication with my bank about this fraudulent activity and hope to get all money stolen returned to me.
I also have had money taken via "Passive Profits", "Money Mastery", "search Income" and "Webhost"... so they are all either owned and ran by the same nasty people or my details have been sold to all by one of them.

We purchased our Select Comfort mattress 3 years ago. No complaints until it started to lose air. Called customer service number and was treated terribly! Very sarcastic on the phone and not willing to help whatsoever. I asked if I could pay to have someone come out and check the problem. They said that they have no one that comes out - we would have to figure out the problem on our own. Unbelieveable in this day and age to be treated this way after purchasing a $3000.00 mattress. I am a disabled person of working age. I received a large sum of back pay when I took my Social Security judge awarded me over $60, 000. Wells Fargo Investment Services demand I have a Wells Fargo Credit Card.
I said "no thank you."

You rent another from the same location explaining that you don't know the duration of the rental due to ongoing business. This is not the old Consumption Junction with the funny crap, and gory videos and pics this is a scam website that needs to be shutdown. First off its just a fake *** website. In the age verification scam they say your credit card will not be charged but that is total B.S. They billed me for $48.00 but my C.C. rejected it. Then they billed me for a dollar. My C.C. company froze my account within minutes after the charge and made me call around to cancel my "membership(s)".

First of all, the website, company name, product, and account to which credit card is charged ARE ALL DIFFERENT! they make it almost impossible to figure out what you purchased and from whom. I called to cancel and they told me to do it from the website. I followed the directions and got an email stating this:

I was informed that General Revenue Corporation was supposed to let the Internal Revenue Service know that I was under a payment plan, with my payroll checks being garnished at 15% of my gross pay. I personally found out that due to their lack of communication, the Internal Revenue Service took my money that I was suppose to receive, according to H&R Block. Please do not trust any of the complaints you see about reputation management companies on this site or others like it.
There is an individual out there who has been posting false complaints on companies for the last four months all over the internet. He is operating out of the Austin and Laredo Texas areas and manages and owns about 50 different reputation management websites. My GE Adora Dryer purchased through Home Depot started making horrible noises. After two service calls (expensive) and no fix I was advised to call GE since the drum was flared and was still under warranty. The tech said he had seen a lot of this with these dryers. GE refused to replace the drum, telling me the warranty was for only one year. My owners manual only covers 3 models of GE dryers. They tell me that I have the wrong manual and it does not cover the drum, even though the manual says it does. I was told that the manual covers many appliances, (not true) and did not cover mine. One word...fraud. Paid over $3, 000.00 to them in the first year and DID NOT receive advertising we paid for.
Forget trying to work with customer service...they are useless. No one can give you a straight answer and I spent hours on the phone
with them...mainly on hold of course. You are bond by a contract and although they are not providing the service you are paying for...they will not
let you cancel...you simply get the run around ...and around and around. Save your money...they are crooks though and though.

I can say as the wife of a truck driver this company is full of bull. They get the drivers to the training facility and then do nothing but lie to them and their families. You are basically stranded for two weeks are more. They do not pay you for orientation, feed you or put you up in a motel.These are thing they tell you they do but when you get there it is not true. Beware! You might not get your order when they promise it! I went in during my lunch break on Monday and ordered and paid for a simple name plate/tag order. They said I could pick it up Thursday and I told them I HAD to have it by noon on Thurs because it is part of a bigger surprise gift. My order from Hearthside was delivered badly damaged. It took over 2 MONTHS to receive a working replacement that they are now trying to charge us for twice. I have spent countless hours calling, emailing, etc. with very little response and absolutely no apology out of anyone. Some of the worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. As far as I'm concerned, they should credit the entire order for the hassle and inconvenience it has caused us all! I just purchased a HP P2035n LaserJet Printer. The printer works great and is quite fast. Here is the big problem!!! The price of the cartidges is ridiculus. I have purchased two cartidges and they were more than the cost of the printer. I am trying to find recycled cartidges, but because the printer is so new no one carrys them. I am going back to my old printer where I can get cartidges for 1/2 the cost of HP or Office Depot cardtridges, the two biggest ripoffs. We have reported our internet/dsl problems everyday for a week and half. They keep passing the problem from 1 person to the other person, each one saying it is fixed. We have had a new router, new modeum and finally they sent a tech out on Wednesday, feb. 25. He replaced a line. Well it is out again, on Friday Feb. 27th @ 2:18pm. Anyone know who to contact at Netflix about this? I'm so tired of getting movies that garble half way through. Netflix needs to clean the DVDs before sending them out. Seems that this should be a basic part of the service, delivering a DVD that plays all the way through. I keep reporting this as damaged discs and never get a response or acknowledgement. I have a refrigerator purchased in September, 2007, model # RS2530BSH. First last Feb, 2009 the control panel goes out and surprise that's not covered and since it was the electronics, OK I guess. However, less than a year later, it starts making this buzzing noise that gets louder and louder so I'm thinking compressor. Talk to Samsung, that would be covered as part of the "sealed system", however after a $75 diagnostic call, turns out it's the FAN which isn't covered and another $200+ repair.
