Bank of Florida acquired Bristol Bank over a year ago, and because the branch is conveniently located to my home and the bank seemed to have a good reputation, I decided to not keep my account with them. Skinstore.com is the absolute worst place to buy skin care or beauty products. They sell items that are expired on a routine basis without telling the customer that they will receive an item that was manufactured 3 years ago. There is a 30 day return policy, however you will be wasting your time and money if you order from them. Skinstore.com is pure scum. Many beauty products have a 6 month shelf life. They took my money and ran up my bill stating they were able to charge the legal fees to my spouse which they were unable to recover. On 26/12/09 & 27/12/09 I placed orders with the above company. I received acknowledgement of the orders but nothing further. On 11/01/10 I emailed the company reguesting status of my orders and received a reply on 1201/10 that my orders had been updated to DISPATCHED. When no deliver took place I again queried my orders but the company does not take the trouble to reply. This is the first time I have received such shoddy service (non service). We bought a house full of furniture for a lake house. Bought from each end of the store, First they tried to charge for two delevery fees, then brought the wrong furniture, took another six weeks to get it straight. Then started getting calls from The Money Store, wanting a payment. They had put the wrong promotion key on the system. I called them several times and never did get them to correct it. This company is sub-contracted by Pace Bus Company to run paratransit in Chicago and near north suburbs. They are doing the public a grave injustice by keeping vehicles out on the road that have severe mechanical problems, when in fact these vehicles should be pulled out of service.
