When I booked my ticket, I paid an extra $40C for the elite plus service on a champagne getaway, which allows for emergency row seating and an extra 5kg of checked baggage (30kg). My baggage weighed in at 29kg and I was charged an extra $10 per pound ($40) over the normal ticket price for a 25kg baggage allowance. The clerk consulted her coworker and agreed that I was Elite Plus, but still made me pay the $40. Watch out for curved lines in the new screen when shopping. I had a dv6-1350 for home use for only 10 days before I turned it on one morning and the screen was white with black random electricity looking lines across the screen. I ordered cable service via the internet. When I set it up I was billed $64.90 on 10/19/09 for a mopdem that was to be sent to me from Offerwire. I was told there was rebate I could apply for once I received the modem. And would have to wait for my 1st invoices from Warner Cable to file the claim.When Warner Cable came to do the install they told me I didn't need the modem from Offerwire and they installed the identical modem that was sent to me by Offerwire. This business allowed a 12 year old child(our son) to purchase a go cart with our credit card.He used his name on the invoice which is not the name on the credit card and his cell phone number. The delivery driver called him at school and he left school and came home and signed for delivery of the go cart. There was no adult home at the time of delivery. On December 17th I made a motel reservation on this website for January 9th, one night in Greenville, NC. Oddly enough, my credit card was charged that very same day for $89.61. On January 8th I canceled the reservation at 8:33 AM. Their website states you must cancel no later than 12:00 noon the day before the reservation to receive a refund. This appears to be a scam through the mail, saying I am one of the winners in North America-customer of WalMart, Sears, etc- have won $9, 841.80. A cashiers check for $985.18 was enclosed. I would receive a check via FedEx courier for the $9, 841.80. A tax amount of 900.00 would be required before the full amount winnings could be sent. Agent was Lary Lou at 416-838-9310. signed up for triple play 04/09 and as of this date, 01/26/10 I still have not received it... I have called customer service at least 20 times and get a different answer or excuse as to why I haven't received it yet...I have done all the paper work and I have copies... Representative said that order will be shipped after first payment was taken. Well, 5 months later, and 5 payments have been taken out. But no product. I AGREE WITH THE ALL NEGATIVE COMPLAINTS. The look of my website looks like it was designed on paint.doc. They truly "plug" in the pictures and graphics you send to them without any design. I have spent many hours on hold and wrestling with them to do the work that I ask, and when they FINALLY do it, it is not what I asked. But after all that I feel exhausted and give up. I am currently trying to get them to refund money back that was taken out of my account without authorization. In most areas of the world this is considered theft! My husband and I were directed to Experian to get a 'free' credit report in October, 2009. We were leery that they asked for credit card numbers but went forward anyway. TWO different accounts were charged $14.95 per month, one for each of us. Different websites are listed on each bill and none of them get you to them. No phone numbers to contact them. Since one of our accounts was a debit the bank removed the charge but it comes again every month. Finally customer service at my Old Navy Visa gave me a phone number that worked. This web site used pictures of authentic Ugg boots to sell their "knock-off" boots. I tried to cancel my order within 24 hours, but the "company" told me it was too late. I have dealt with reputable online companies who will honor a cancellation within a 24 hour time frame. Now, I'm stuck with boots that are too small and cannot mail them back because my local post office says I will need to find a US Post Office who will take packages that will mail out of the country. I booked hotel 4 rooms through the hotel official website on 11/26/09 my check in date is Dec3 and check out date is Dec8, when I made the reservation it directly went to Starwoodhotel.com without any hint. My guest changed the travel date, then I called the hotel to cancel the reservation with the confirmation number in thier valid cancellation time. Dropped off car on Jan 20th. Service advisor did not list all my complaints on the work order. There was noise coming from the right front, over bumps and occasionally while shifting. Secondly, there was little clutch on a cold start, but it would build as I drove, I was unclear if it was a pressure issue, or a fluid issue, and it went away after a minute or two. This is the second year that I have been ripped off by this company (Magazine Burst). Yeah, you'd think I'd learn. They first charged one of my Visa cards for $89. When I contacted my bank, they refunded the $89 (same day) as a disputed charge. They then charged my bank debit card for $79. I am an elderly person and currently out of the country. The operator I talked with assured me I would not be charged. Why then the charge against my visa account? I have had TWC of Dallas since I moved here. I had a previous issue with TWC and billing that was addressed after I went to the public utility commission. Sub-standard materials used in apartment (although the apartments are renovated) fixtures break, clogged pipes, broken trash compactors with extremely SLOW response time.
