This company claims to build custom homes. The thing is you don't get to choose what you want because " it's not in the budget". A 150, 000 home, 1425 sq. ft. no fire place, step you can purchase at a trailer supply place, no garage or landscaping. Pinnacle or New Horizons, which was another name they used in their marketing, was a marketing agent for New Summit Investments for a managed Investestment account. There was a $5, 000 fee for this account. When did Web 2.0 become about censorship and limiting freedom of speech and especially for a site that claims to be "Real Reviews by Real People"? I've seen my own review filtered and noticed that there are a lot of users complaining about the same thing and they can't all be fraudsters. Constant scratching in bedroom walls throughout the fall season of 2009, no response from management after repeated verbal complaints. Present dripping in walls of upstairs pipes due to drippy faucets or as one manager had said, de-thawing of pipes. Watch out for Bay Alarm! We purchased an alarm system from them after we were burglarized and they used double sided tape on rough sawn lumber to mount the door transmitter. This resulted in another successful burglary at our house where they removed the door transmitter with a putty knife and duct tape. The alarm didn’t go off because the transmitter was taped together by the burglars. Called and ordered Montels Health Master, sounded good, but the next day we looked on line and they charged us for 2 of them they were not the same price one had $30.00 warranties the other was $19.99 for the warranties which we didn't want the prices for the unit them selves were different 1 was $199, 96 the other was $159.00 one had $19.99 S&H the other had $29.98. I pay for a 7 meg internet connection and averaged a 1.5 meg for the last few months. Called a few weeks ago to report the issue, spent 30 minutes on the line waiting to talk to someone. I reported the issue and was called back a few days later and was told they upgraded some equipment and that I was good to go. My speed had increased BUT only for 3 days!! PayChex, like ADP, is a very bad company. This company has disregard for their clients and for the law. They do not care that the W2s are not sent by the deadline and they double dip into your payroll account. If they ever need to re-fund your account, they say they will do it right them. I purchased a Rainbow Vacuum cleaner in 1996 with the promise of a free Lifetime Warranty. This is not true, there is no free lifetime warranty. You must pay for it. I received a parking ticket form the corrupt Los Angeles County Parking Bureau and asked for an admistrative review and lost and then I asked for an administrative hearing and lost. So I appealed the decision and went to court and the judge found in my favor. The administrative hearing officers name was George Harris he was a moron and incompetent. Very poor customer service. They talk over you while you are trying to talk to them. They do not go along with the customer. What happened to the customer is always right. They will not try to work with you. Would rather argue with you instead of just trying to give better cusomer service. We have only had this dishwasher since August and this is the second time it has gone out. The first time the tech ordered the wrong part. They don't even carry the parts. They have to have them delivered to the customers home.
