A person who was covered by permanent general hit my vehicle while it was parked out in front of my house. The insurance Co totaled the vehicle and sent me the paper work and had me send them the title. within three days they picked up the vehicle and took the rental without paying me. I have called for two weeks now and they will not return my calls. This is very bad way to conduct business. Guess lawyers will have to get involved, and they say unwarranted law suits are the blame for high insurance cost. If they would just do the right thing I think a lot of these issues could be avoided. read full review »

I need assistance in getting loan payments lowered until the economy picks up. I have a small business loan, my business is a over a year old, however the economy hit us very hard and we were not able to keep up with the payments. We need to get the payments to a manageable amount so we can pay.
The bank is threatening to sell our assets, which would close our business, we need to know if we have any options.

They are incompetent. No one at this company has any clue what is going on with either pickup or delivery for their customers. The drivers are rude and unconcerned for people's hard earned belongings. I'm left speechless at the manner in which they packed my televisions and they took my items. My two flat screens where wrapped in cardboard and tape, no padding! Total disregard for customer service.

I regisyered my 7 month old daughter for this competition. I attended two sessions, the first was a "walk down the runway, . The second was a photo shoot which I was told to be at the mall at 11:00 the representative who scheduled the photo shoot didn't arrive until after 11:40. Signed into a contract and paid $2950 to have them assist us in our mortgage loan modification. Company has virtually disappeared. Modification process isn't complete, they have defaulted on their contract with us. Have contacted BBB, Office of the California Attorney General and California Bar association. I recently signed my child up for an 8th grade trip to Washington DC though this company which was sponsored by the Junior High School. I ordered a pair of UGG boots at this "outlet". After I ordered I had a 6th sense that the transition was just not right. I was informed that the boots were being shipped from snowboots store1. If all of you had actually read the Terms & Conditions of the card you probably would never had commented on this website because you would have known the policies and procedures associated with the card. I have seen charges of $23.95 and $19.95 coming out of my bank account over the last few months not knowing who it was from. I finally found out and have been unable to get a hold of these people. They ask for a pass code on one number and the phone is disconnected on the other number listed. I am really upset over this and won't action done. This company contacted me in November of 09 stating that they were representing AT&T and that a Worker had inadvertenly switch us over to another carrier and they needed me to answer a variety of questions to assure that everything stayed the same with AT & T. They said that it had to be done as soon as possible as the FCC was going to fine them if it did not get taken care of. What a bunch of liars. I ordered these lifts and I did receive them. the company is located in Canada, so the shipping of the product was relatively expensive ($14). The site stated that the product could be returned for a full refund. I found these lifts extremely uncomfortable and shipped them back. Because the company is located in Canada it is a hustle to ship and it cost me about $20. I never received a refund. Don't get sucked in by these people like I have been. I ordered a sample of a whitesmile pen for 2.95 and a few days later I was charged $126. I received no receipt, phone number, address, etc. I called them and they said I had signed up for a year membership which there was nothing mentioned about this. They will not take the charges off of my account. I never authorized these charges and they need to be stopped of this scam.

Also included was an unnecessary mantatory warranty for an 11 year old car bringing the total to $10, 900.00. I gave the company over 18 months to enhance my online reputation, but i saw little or no change to google search results on our agreed upon keywords. This company is aimed at running away with your money. When you ask for a refund, you get the run-around saying that they did all of this work and that the results showed. I have spent 40 minutes waiting to speak to a service representative who asked for my zip code.
