On 7/22/09 I was hit by someone insured by Fred Loya Insurance. I was driving through a parking lot and a man backed out of a parking space and hit me so hard it did over $3, 000. worth of damage to my vehicle. I purchased a Toshiba laptop from the Microsoft store online on 1-1-10. Delivery was scheduled for 1-8-10. Microsoft hired UPS to deliver the computer. The computer was delivered to someone else, and the someone else who signed for it denied receiving the computer. Microsoft, from the first to the third phone call has done nothing but jerk me around. It refuses to refund me my money or send out another computer.
