I wanted to send my best friend of over 50 years something special for Christmas. She lives in another state and means the world to me. She loves plants and is especially fond of cactus. My health is not good and I found a site with Christmas Cactus. I thought if I were not around it would be nice for her to have the cactus bloom each Christmas as a reminder of our friendship. I placed the order with 1 800 Send Flowers. Paid $67 for them to be delivered 2 days before Christmas. Instead she received a small tin pot of poinsettias!!! I was so... read full review »

SDS Security ***--- they troll the new home sales in the paper and intrudes on people when they are moving in trying to sell them security services. Well, a huge mistake on my part was letting them in the door when my defenses were down. They conned us into security services for 3 years. Well, my husband lost his job - was out of work for 7 months - until we had to move out of state for him to take a job. Despite the fact that we sold the house, SDS Security in their shady business practices hounded us to continue to pay the monthly fee. Now... read full review »

MarC09 January 5, 2010
I placed an order for 3 yds. of lace, paid by credit card. Recieved only 2 yds., called several times and left messages, emailed several times, finally recieved a call back. Was told that the correct amount would be sent within 2-3 days, along with return envelope. It has been a month, have not recieved anything. Have called and emailed several times, with no response. I am now at the point of needing to contact my credit card company to have them get my money back so that I can get the lace elsewhere. The website indicates that they are known for their customer services...I have to disagree. read full review »

Do not buy timeshare weeks with a company called Playa del sol grand in puerto vallarta Mexico. They promised we could exchange at another place that we liked called Lindo Mar and it's not possible. They also sold play del sol so we can't exchange there. They say they are building a new place in cabo san lucas and it's boarded up and they aren't building anymore. It's a total rip off and the developer is continuing to line his pockets with peoples hard earned money.I don't want anyone else to get ripped off. read full review »

Heights Finance in Paris, Tennessee is a company I will never deal with again, and hope you won't either! This company makes unsecured loans. But trust me when I tell you, once you sign that check and put the money in the bank, this woman thinks she owns you. Her name is Barbara. I was late on a payment. I admit that. However I also never received the payment coupon in the mail. This woman called my job over 20 times even after I had talked to her and asked her not to. About a year ago a friend referred me to the LA Auto Gallery Porsche dealership in Woodland Hills, CA, to buy a new car. When I went there, they didn’t have the car I wanted but said they could order one. While I waited for a new car to be delivered they wanted me to lease another car from them, which they said they would buy back when a suitable new car came in. Since I had a car to drive, I told them I wasn’t interested. After checking with the Sales Manager, the "Fleet Manager/Sales Consultant" called me back saying they... read full review »

The Office Manager, Heather Ballengee is extremely rude and very less than helpful. As a tenant of a Rowan Real Estate property, none of the repairs were ever made as requested, and having to deal with Heather as a contact was always a nightmare. After making rent payments on time each month, the property went into foreclosure and Heather Ballengee DENIED such situation when I would call and ask what my options were. -Even though I received numerous "Notice of... read full review »

Made reservations for the 3:00 Show to see Avatar 3D IMAX earlier in the week. When we got there 30 minutes after the movie was suppose to start, we were told the movie would not show in 3D, problems with equipment etc, we got our refund minus $1.00 About half of the people around us stated the same thing happened earlier in the week to them, which is why they were there yesterday (1-3-10). They shouldn't be allowed to sell tickets for a movie that isn't showing. That IMAX theater is 60+ miles from my house. People deserve better than that. Again, this is a nightmare. My partners were working for construction in the area and had to pick up some food, served by the red shirt lady at this Burger King on Park Ave. She screamed at them because they spoke broken english. She said that they made her drive thru ran slow. There is no need for her to be screaming at customers like that. We are customers and we always pay for the food. We bring the store some business, we do not steal from them. This company seems to be running a scam selling gun silencers. They take your money, have you fill out ATF forms, fingerprint cards, etc...then you never hear from them again. Ten months ago, I paid them over $1000 for a silencer for a .22 Sig pistol. I've requested a refund, but that seems to be going nowhere. I'm still waiting. Dr. Kleiman - Heartless, rude and incompetent
richard dunne January 5, 2010
Heartless, rude, and incompetent! Dr. Kleiman took one very brief look at my eye and then said I had a mass in my eye. When I asked what does that mean, he said "A mass, an atypical mass or tumor." Then he handed me a business card of another ophthalmologist, and told me to go see him in stead. And then he left the room. He never even gave me a chance to ask him questions about this "tumor". Can a doctor be so cold as to tell a patient they have a tumor and then stand up and walk out on them? I don’t wish this to my worst enemy.
