This is by far the worst purchase I have ever made. I have owned my stove 65 days and it has only worked for 6 days. I might add 6 days not in a row. It was dead when it came out of the box. My number is on all "do not call" lists. I received an automated call at dinner time which I could either ignore by hanging up or leave my name and number for a call back from a representative. I left my name and number so I could find out the name of the company without getting hung up on as they usually do. A woman named Carolyn or Caroline returned the call. They are violating the "do not call" list restrictions. They seem to be fine with selling you gear, if it works out of the box, but they are terrible if you have a problem with the gear, say, not working when it arrives. Very difficult to even get a live person on the phone. I would not recommend them. read full review »

I went to my socal sonec and ordered a cheeseburger with mayo, onion and Jalapinos. I recieved a cheese burger with everthing accept what I ordered, I told them and got another burger and it had what I ordered with only 3 jalapinos. A lot of their products come out of Hong Kong and there is no way to track where your product is or when it will arrive. The person(s) answering the phone are no help either. I purchased a sofa, love seat, and recliner from WG&R in Green Bay. The sales associate sold me the Ultra-Shield warrenty stating that any stain, rip, etc. would be covered by the company. I too, signed up for a 12 day free trial and did not receive it until 2 days after I called company to ask what the $99.10 charge was for. I was told at that time that the charges would be reversed. I received the trial pack the next day. I did received $49.55 back but the other half they say is for the first months product, which I haven't received and which shouldn't have been sent, since I had called and cancelled.
