jan davenport December 11, 2009
I was contacted by telephone by this company offering me a "trial offer" of their product, the "smokeless cigarette", extra filters, and a bonus $25.00 Walmart gift card, just for trying their product, for the incrediably low price of $9.95 + shipping and handling...This offer was made to me in August of 2009, and since then my account has been charged a total of $239.70, with three seperate chages of $79.90 each! I have since contacted this company and was told that if I returned their product to them my money would be... read full review »

We received a mailbox and post as an anniversary gift. When we received the packages, there wasn't any mounting material included. After my initial confusion, I figured it was a mistake a contacted the company. They explained that the mounting material was not included, even though the installation instructions clearly state that the material IS included. They have given us the run around for a while now. I will have to contact the relative that gave us this gift and explain that I am fighting for a refund on their behalf. This is certain to upset them as well. read full review »

I have just been scammed by The Tax Club and their Affiliates to the tune of $32, 747.95. Each component was sold seperately under different company names through telephone appointments and different email names and different names on my credit card statements. All this happened in a 2 month time frame. Talk about slam-bam! The final straw was when they tried to sell me a seo package talking about a traffic launcher (another seo product) that was passe and then another later call telling me that I needed a shopping cart and blog product for... read full review »

Twice now I have made the mistake of ordering delivery from this place the first time, we ordered 4 large pizzas for sunday kickoff. Nothing fancy, two plain, a peperoni, a sausage. The guy comes with one cheese pizza WTF? He checks with the store, they say the got the order right, whatever. Reordered and they sent out the other three. They were all cold and disgusting by that point. Second time my roommate ordered from them again. I don't know if he didn't know it was them that screwed up the week before or what, but this time same thing. Ordered 3 pies, got one. Guy insists it's our fault, you gotta be kidding me. read full review »

I have been a loyal customer with Firstmark Credit Union and have banked with them 15 years. I have always utilized their direct deposit option. For the 2nd time in my history with this bank I over drafted with 3 purchases all under $20. I was charged $25 for each same day purchase. Think twice about Freightquote. Personally a very bad experience. About 6 weeks ago sent marble baseboard using freightquote. Because of the weight, the pallet was shipped to an AAA Copper designated drop site. About 11 baseboards were broken right in the center like a huge karate chop (cannot be a vein common to all strips because that would not occur virtually in the middle of every strip). Of course after I sold the first one and saw they wouldn't pay, I decided not to continue to waste my time, money and effort marketing their services for them. Smile Transitions
JadE46 December 11, 2009
Purchased a dental prosthetic device, Smile Transitions, through my family dentist. The device, meant to replicate real teeth, is used to cover broken, discolored, or misaligned teeth, fitting directly over existing teeth. Now I learn it can only be worn for a few hours a day - must be removed when eating. Is used primarily during social occasions, or for professional photo sessions. It has limited use, limited function. And to make matters worse, the device looks like 'stage teeth', resembling teeth one would find as part of a... read full review »

During my call they alleged that they were having problems with credit cards. How could that be possible if my card had been charged already? They said that I could go to their web page an order it again. The surprising part it's that they increased the price of the item I was buying. These folks are doing false price advertising.
