have NEVER ordered anything over the internet until I was offered a free sample of Acai Berry Detox, agreeing to pay only the postage. My credit card was charged with $3.98 Canadian for postage under the name of Health Focus, for which I have received nothing and today, December 8, I was charged $128.36 Canadian under the name of Exclusive Berry. I have cancelled my credit card and the company is investigating it. But please can you do something to stop this kind of fraud. Bought a card to call Sri Lanka. Then and then only they mention the fact that the rate given in their add applies to just one call. If more than one call is made on this $10 card the rates are unpredictable. This is a new twist on International calling card scams. Purchased a sample of tooth whitener for $1.97 in October. Called and canceled and have not received a refund. Now I discover that on 12/4 my account was charged an additional $24.13 for a world fitness membership. It seems after calling 866-407-5590 that there was a fine print in the order for the tooth whitener that stated you must check the dot to opt-out of the membership otherwise you would be enrolled. Our home is on Mackinac Island, MI. We arranged installation with Direct TV through AT&T. This is the most irresponsible management that I have ever seen. The maintainence is horrible. For each problem you have to complain a few times before anyone shows up.
