Avoid BofA if you can do it!! I paid off the credit card balance 29 May 2009 and apparently there was risidual interest from the delay in receipt of the electronic payment that I was unaware of. I tried to hire them to restore my online reputation as I had some complaints made by an ex employee and after 4 months since we signed the contract, I do not see any results. I have only one complaint about KMED delivery and it wasn't the companies fault. They employed a driver named Ronald Nelson, he was the most foul mouthed individual I had ever met, he also had no business sense, or any type of people skills. He was very rude, never on time and always blamed any mistakes he might have made on other employees or the company in which he worked, or the company for which his employer worked.
