This company promised to help my family acheive a loan modification on our first and second mortgage. They charged us $2500, and then strung us along for nine months. Only after contacting the bank directly (and finally getting the right person on the phone) was I able to discover that nothing had been submitted on one of our loans and that the other request had been denied. I was never notified of anything and now they will not provide a refund as promised in our contract. They are preying on people who are already in a bad financial position and taking advantage of them with false promises and providing nothing in return. read full review »

I purchased a shelf corporation from this company back in October as part of a program to help establish business credit. TD Financial Products set up the shelf corporation but did nothing beyond that. I paid $6900 for the shelf corporation, $500 for a website and was billed $300 monthly for what I was told were fees to maintain webhosting, a virtual office and fax services. GO Subaru Service Dept. is deceptive in their pricing, charging excessive fees beyond what the manufacturer recommends. When questioned about this deception the Service Dept. Manager surprisingly made no attempt to provide a satisfactory explanation. Bottom line, I was charged $315 for an oil change, and 'inspection!' In April 2005, I took my 2001 Honda Accord w/30, 000 miles to Village Transmission because it stopped running. They told me over the phone that the transmission needed to be rebuilt so I consented to having it done. I paid $2100.00 for the job.

We were sucked into this time share vacation membership back in September of 2007. In the agreements we signed, it stated we could not cancel within 3 business days. So when we were immediately (24 hours later) sorry that we had proceeded with this, we didnt know that Mexican law allows 5 business days for cancellation. This card is a terrible form of payment and nothing but a big hassle. It claims to save you time from waiting in line at a bank. What a load! I would have gladly stood in line or used an ATM for my own bank account. It's fees are endless, and although my customer service experience was fine I don't think it was worth the $3 I was charged. I took my car in for its MOT which it failed on a few minor issues. I took the car to an external garage to get the parts fixed so that i could get it back in time to take advantage of the free re-test within a 48 hour period. The car was fixed the next day and was ready to have the re-test carried out on it, but when i called up to book the car in, they were too busy to look at it and informed me that it would have to be the day after, rendering the free 48 hour period useless. My husband and I rented a vacation rental off of Craigslist. We rented from Jennifer Prevost and she said the apartment was clean and nice. My husband and I drove 7 hours from Arizona to get there and when we arrived we were appalled at what we saw. Trash everywhere, and the "view" that she told us about was the back of a hotel that had huge cargo crates, with junk and trash everywhere. I am a former student of this school. The following is my complaint. They do not deliver what they said they would in the way of training. Example... Sewing machine repair class. This was to be a one day class, it was not the class ended at 2.30 pm and not the 5 pm it was suppose to.The class was to be taught by Jane Keener certified SMR journeyman. I had been a customer of Lingo's for at least a couple of years and had not had too many problems with the service, just the usual outages, common to all VOIP providers. My wife bought two airline tickets a week and a half ago so I logged into our bank's web site to make sure they cleared and they had. I smoke Basic Menthol 100 cigarettes and have noticed that they do not stay lit if I put one down in the ashtray for even a short period of time. This just started a month ago or so. My son told me that the manufacturer has changed the paper used and it will go out if you're not smoking it constantly. I have to relight my cigarette at least 3 times while I'm smoking it and when I relight it, I have come close to setting my hair on fire as the end of the cigarette now flames up when you relight it. It usually takes minutes but now you have to wait for 5 days to clear with the account { so they say} so that you will use a card because it is more money. I regret so much for using xoom.
