I paid half down back in February of what they were charging to work on a loan modification for my home. I constantly had to call to find out what was going on only to be lied to by Craig and be given the run around. Then in May, I found that my credit card had been charged the other half of the amount BUT they haven't done anything yet!!! I hadn't heard from them or from the bank. I was then told by Craig that they were going to return the second half plus interest since they haven't completed the job and have still not heard ANYTHING from them AT ALL. I attended all the classes and my dog was able to learn many new behaviors. My dog Nick is a good looking Lab with a desire to please. The Head trainer called Nick and I for a audition for a TV commercial and Nick got the job. The problem is that I did not get the job as trainer. 11/07/2009 The outside sign shows regular unleaded gas 87 $2.66. As I was fueling I noticed on the pump the price was $2.73. I stopped fueling went inside to let the cashier know the pump was wrong. I am documenting two complaints. First of all their return policy is a joke. I tried to return items for a refund OR store credit, however, I have lost my receipt. I was denied any sort of refund. RIDICULOUS! I hope their company goes out of business. I spoke with two managers, one of whom (Karen) was extremely rude.
