I guess this is common complaint. You are warned repeatedly by Norton every time you log on that your coverage is going to expire, however you have already agreed with them on an automatic renewal. When you renew on-line, you give them your card # and they charge you, then a couple of days later, when it really expires, they charge you again.The CC company will reverse the charge, but I don't know why Norton ( SYMANTIC)doesn't fix this. I am very upset with this "company". Here is a basic rundown of what has been going on and the phone conversation that I had with a customer service rep. last night. I have made an order on Friday the 13th of March 2009 night for 1 pillow. I have received NO CONFIRMATION of my order. I have tried to call the company and thereis no reply. I left a message on Monday leaving my number and there was no call back. I also have emailed the company on Sunday asking for info on my order. First of all the remote stops on any given number so that my 87 yr old grandmother cannot even use the bed. My husband got her the bed so that so could get in and out of the bed easier on her own. I ordered and paid for furniture from eClick in April 2008. Some arrived but 3 items didn't. The items that didn't arrive came to a total of £337.00. This company collected from my bank account and are refusing to refund even with four letters and ten phone calls, promising me we will put your money back in three days time. Ordered ugg boots on November 11th 2008, they failed to arrive for Christmas. Emailed them, got prompt rely saying there had been a delay but they had been sent. They didn't arrive for Christmas so a teenage girl went without her main present. They said they might have been lost so would send another pairin Jan. I feel people should be aware of what is going on here. I have had a penalty charge notice (PCN) placed on my car on 15 December 2008. The reason for the charge was that my wheels were on the pavement. On the 21st January 2009 I booked 4 passengers on return flights (Manchester - Knock) travelling on the 4th April 2009. On the 11th March BMI informed me that the flights were cancelled. I have the same complaint as all the others. They say they will send you a free trial, just pay shipping and handling. Well, you don't get the free trial until after the 14 day cancellation period. Rocky Mountain dish located in Parker, Co, sells and installs dishnet work service. They have horrible customer service and are very abusive to their customers. They do not show up and install the dish when they are supposed to, leaving you waiting for hours, you are lucky if they show up within a weeks time.
