I live on Tiki Island near Galveston Texas...after Hurricane Ike we obviously had some repairs and one of them was to replace our wood deck. We hired S&S Enterprises, Chuck Stephens, to do the job. I had major issues with Wayne's Service Center. I took my vehicle there for a transmission issue and 3 weeks later was told the issue was fixed. I paid and took the car home but the problem was not fixed. Multiple phone calls, two months and four trips back to the shop later and still nothing is fixed and they could not care less. I found this product on a local news website, endorsed by various celebs and places like CNN, etc. It offered a free trial period of 14 days. Anyhow, the package arrived and my product was not enclosed-instead a product from a different company was sent. I noticed higher than normal ATT phone bills so I called ATT to inquire. Apparently a company called InfoCall had charged three months worth of service charges to my ATT phone bill. Was told that the debt consolidation was guaranteed and I wanted to go on-line and check it out and Jon Taylor from PDMI told me that I couldnt do that I had to sign up right now. After doing so I went on-line and found out it was a fraud so I called to cancel within a half an hour and the phone number I called I could only get an anwsering service. I purchased a warranty from this company a few years back. The salepeople tell you one thing about the warranty to get youto purchase it. However, they DO NOT go into detail on what the warranty actually covers. I am a customer in Charlotte NC. We had some work done by Olshan more than a year ago. 4 piers and some crawlspace work. When adjusting the 4 piers placed under the foundation itself, they raised it too high. It cracked my walls and almost broke the windows. www.gamepal.com is a big load of crap. About 6 months ago I sold 2 high level World of Warcraft characters to the site for 100$ and followed everything they said exactly. They said to expect payment within the next 73 hours to my paypal account. After waiting a week I went onto the site and contacted them telling them that I still haven't received payment. They said to be patient. I waited 2 more weeks and contacted them again. They claim to not have not ever had made a deal with me even when I sent my account submission ID and proof of transaction. I got a call from this company claiming that they had a buyer for my timeshare. The gave me a pretty high price when I know that they sell for much less than when they offered me. I did some checking on this company and really couldnt come up with much besides that they have only been in business since August 2009.
