this company took $170.00 from my bank account in August. Then this week they took another $85.00, unannounced and bounced my checking acount. This of course caused me to incur bank fees.I have been provided no service or product I have done a small amount of research and found many people have the same story. 7/03/09 - We contracted Glidden Interiors (family owned business) from Auburndale to install crown molding and wainscoting. The carpentry was outstanding, but they will not finish the job to our satisfaction. The wainscoting and crown molding required caulking and paint which was missed in areas. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM!! We purchased a sink from Circle City Copperworks recently, and upon arrival, the sink was in very poor shape at best. Simple welding, distortion to overall copper shape of sink, and major bubbling at inner rim, rending it useless for future cleaning. Let me start by stating that I've been banking for 23 years. I've had more trouble with this bank than any other bank I've been with in 23 years. Every payday I have to call them. My husband and I purchased a new bathroom suite from this merchant who delivered inferior goods. I bought a Motorola H5 bluethooth headset and what they sent me was a fake headset. I put in a dispute with paypal and these charlatans sent me an email to return the item for a full refund. The item has been returned to them for over a month now and they never sent my money back. I sent them several emails and I got no answer. My advice is that, even all the items are cheap on their site than anywhere else, do not buy anything from them because you will end up with a fake and worthless item. In February 2008 I wanted to have my teeth whitened. I went to the White Teeth Company on recommendation from someone who hadn't actually used them. Our football officials organization has been a customer of yours for over 10years. Our "webmaster" has come down with cancer and is no longer able to handle the website and make rational decisions. Don't be fooled by Bracketsrus' website or their stated returns policy. They sent me the wrong bracket - wrong colour and wrong configuration for my tv, in spite of following their on-line selection process. My law firm ordered legal sized folders from Printglobe. We did not get a legal sized envelope proof so we had no idea how they would look. Inevitably, we received a big box of folders that looked awful, the print was wrong and so I sent the folders back for a re-print. When we viewed the house we bought from Miller Homes the sitting room window was made of clear glass later as we were about to complete they then told us that they had just learned from the planners it was to be obscured and its opening restricted which makes the whole house claustrophobic as there is only one window and a glass door that you could actually look out of as all the other windows are velux type high up in the ceilings with no views. This office is unprofessionally run to the point that it borders on violating patient rights. All medical patients have the legal right to obtain their medical records in a timely manner. Multiple attempts by phone were made for over a month to get patient records. These records are required for the client to proceed with a personal injury insurance claim, and have caused delays in doing so. I purchased a weather radio which was defective. I sent it back to the manufacturer and, after several replacements, I received one which, I thought, worked. The trouble was that I didn't want the radio to alert me all the time, but I couldn't turn the alert feature off. When I called the company and followed their instructions it still didn't work. I was finally told that I had to send the unit back and since it was out of waranty it would cost me $15 to fix the problem.
