Filthy Swine. You submit the ISN of a book, and list the condition of it, and are then quoted a price. You ship the book to them, and they pay you up to 90% less than the price quoted. I have been reading complaint after complaint on this website about BOA. I closed my accounts at that shady bank. Everybody should. They will steal from you and you can call CS and go to the bank and nothing will get better. Colorado Radon Institute, which also goes by the names Homedics, Mico Environmental, Eco Depot, etc - all run by Mike Merit. He has been DE-certified (even though he claims otherwise) and is known for very shoddy work that isn't to code - as bad as not even drilling the pipe into the floor, just gluing it on! I sued him for not completing his work and not honoring his fake 10 year warranty when the work he *did* complete failed after just 2 weeks. I won but won't see any money. As I have written above. Thermometer does not work. It will not register the temperature. It will show the temp and turn off showing LO. It is erratic sometimes showing temp and then not. Mid September I agreed to a @2.00 charge for shipping of two bags of tea on a trial order and had two weeks to decide if to cancel or not. Unfortunately the 2005 Dodge Neon which I still own is something I regreat most in my life.
