On August 6th, I placed an order for an infant outfit and baby socks for a baby shower for a Notre Dame fan. The shower took place on September 13 so I assumed the gift would arrive in plenty of time. I received email confirmation on August 7, saying my order would be sent in 4-7 days. On August 22, I began calling the toll free number and emailing the company regarding my order. I always goet voice mail when I call and no one ever called back, even though I called well over 20 times and sent 15 emails. I made a reservation at this hotel TWO MONTHS in advance and even confirmed my reservation the day before my arrival. The staff at the front desk when I arrived did not say a word and acted as if everything was okay as they sent me to a room. There is no manual and no one to assist with a very cumberson directory software product. While the price is okay, it seems as though service could be better. I have called several times with set up questions only to get a partial answer. The templates are loud and tacky; the software has poor functionality and in the end, it is a tough business to get into. Using a directory without the proper set up is a waste of time and effort and I am looking to get out. read full review »

My 2004 Chevy Impala LS 3.8 L V6 engine failed due to a spun engine bearing at a mere 41, 000 miles, far below the 100, 000 mile power train warranty, but just past the 5 year coverage. This problem is ongoing since CVS took over the company a few years ago. They lose prescriptions, change refill status for no known reason, refuse to retain updated new information and mismanage their website so badly that I have had to set up a new account (twice) and cannot use their website to refill scripts. They are extremely slow in answering the phones and, once you finally get a person, they apologize robotically and can't help. I spoke to a gentleman and he gave me a "RMA" to return for an exchange...nothing was said about any cost...when I checked my act online they had charged me $15.94 w/o my knowledge or consent. I began the weekly payment plan with GCF/CEC on March 6th of this year. I have paid them to date $968.71 and still do not have my computer! I have phoned several different times and everytime there is a new excuse as to why I do not have my computer. Their office manger, a Mexican lady named Barbara, flat out lied about sending my MRI images to a doctor in San Antonio that I was to fly down and see for a hearing problem. Juniper Future Trust Card sucks. I have had this card for 3 years. I opened it when my son was born. I am a good customer I think I had one late payment but usually pay the balance in full. I guess they don't like that I'm not making money for them with their fees and interest. I had Imagistone countertop resurfacing done on my kitchen countertops and have to say I am not pleased with the results. They spray a kind of a plastic coating over your existing countertops and it is supposed to look like granite. The finish is not smooth but is grainy and it is hard to get juice stains out. I think it must be porous or something because you really have to scrub to get juice stains out. It really does not look all the great. We were told they needed our credit card number to check to make sure we had not been Directv customers before. We were told no charges would be put on our credit card. Just to be sure, I checked my credit card charges on line in August and found no charges. When I received my September bill, I found a charge for $79.99. I called Linx Satellite Inc and was told it was an activation charge.
