I recieved my 4 bamboo plants that I ordered from Bamboo Garden Nursery in Oregon. I recieved a plant I didn't order and one that was not identified with a tag. I rented a toy hauler from Happy Camper on May 1, 2008. About 50 miles out of town on May 2, 2008, we stopped to check a tire and saw it was flat. We read the policy/procedure document given and it stated we needed to call the office and if someone was available, they would come fix the problem. We paid Coy Construction (Mike McCoy) in Warren, MI $18, 000 to build a high-end deck (brick columns and weatherbest deck materials). This company is horrible. They mislead the amount of pay, test you over and over. After you pass and you wait again promising to them not to ake another job. They change the programs required and tell you try again. You have to be on call for an entire shift but only get paid for the hour or so you work. I ordered goal achieving cds and books from "Jim Driscoll" at his " Goal Achievers " web site. He never delivered. I contacted him within the period to have my credit card payment stopped and he assured me that it was a simple mix up and the shipment was on its way. I went on vacation only to return with no shipment received. I contacted him again and he said he was out of the country and would take care of it personally. Beware of doing business over the internet with EliteXtremes base out of Florida. They charge you fully for the products ordered and then do not send them. You call to inquire about your order and they inform you it is on backorder. Why do you charge fully for an order you do not have in the warehouse? We wanted to look at a room before we booked, but the guy at the front desk wouldn't let us see, we booked a room anyways since we needed a hotel near to my aunt's place. We booked a double deluxe suite and on the day we went to check in we were surprised by the size of the room.
