Over the last two weeks I tried to purchase tickets two different time for the the San Jose Sharks playoff games. Both times I placed the order, my credit card was charged and then about 30 minutes later I was called and told that the tickets were not availible. My daughter went to Walmart to pick up two prescriptions for me. When she arrived, only one was ready. They called us with a recorded message to pick up our prescriptions but, did not tell us the other prescription wasn't in stock until we got to the store. I appreciate built in protections in my email use; however, I do not feel too happy about the frequency of interuptions while I'm using my email. I bought a set of struts for my 02 Dodge Intrepid from this company on Mar 1, 2011. The first indication of a problem was that 2 of the upper mounting bolts broke upon installation (they were properly torqued, with a tried and true torque wrench). This was the worst experience of online shopping I have ever had. My son purchased a magazine form the Kapowwe which came defective and never worked. First, you cannot speak to a human being. We purchased a 2007 Honda Civic from Gerald and a salesperson at Port Motors. We agreed on a sales price, that they would detail the car, and place new tires to replace the worn. Had problems with my Toshiba Satellite laptop having upgraded to Windows 7 approximately 10 months ago. Toshiba tech support recommended I do a system restore and reinstall the original operating system.
