I have my 2nd mortgage with Citi Mortgage and I spend in extra money each month with instruction to be applied to the prinicpal but each month even after I call to remind them to please put the extra towards the principal these company continue to apply the extra money towards an extra regular payment. We are experiencing inconvenience due to the absence of hot water. It happened already 2 times. I did NOT authorize these charges! One for .95 cents then one for 19.95. I called the phone number listed with the charge on my c.c. bill and only got a recording that refered to their web site.
