iDVD Shop
I recently ordered a box set of Nash Bridges off the website www.idvdshop.com. I paid £81 for this on my credit card. When the box set arrived, all 30 DVDs were copies, with stickers stuck on. They were not individually packaged in separate DVD cases, as I was expecting. All the DVD's are scratched and are in what looks like two video cassette cases (volume 1 and 2), which each disc numbered 1 - 30 in a plastic wallet inside them.
The website says it has a 100% money back guarantee. I have emailed the website and filled in an... read full review »

Loren Lambert
Mr Lambert is not an advocate for his clients. He is often late, unprepared for court and easily intimidated by judges. He is unable to advocate for clients because of his lack of preparation and aggressiveness. He will opt for an easy plea to avoid court and facing judges instead of pursuing the client interests and he will always choose the easy path as opposed to the path that will result in the best outcome for the client. read full review »
Keller Williams Realty
I purchased a house in July 2006, using the services of two Keller-Williams agents - Deborah Bigby and Travis Westry. During the transaction, the agents received material facts about the foundation of the property which were not presented to me. In November, 2006 after noticing cracks around my doors, windows, and walls I had my home assessed by PowerLift and RamJack and found that the foundation needed repair. I immediately called Ms. Bigby who promised 'we will get your house fixed.'
After a few months I realized that M... read full review »

Ocwen Loan Serivicing
9/11/2001 my children and I left our home across the street from the World Trade Center and never returned. During the next 4 years, we moved 5 times, due in part to the aftermath of 9/11 and to difficulties involved in a difficult divorce. In 2006 I found a house to purchase. My children and I would finally have a permanent home and we were so hopeful for our comfort and safety. I purchased this home with a loan that I did not like but signed on the advice of trusted bankers, lawyers, and realtors. I was assured that I would be able to... read full review »

I admit, I was tricked into using my debit card # to verify my age for a site...no charge was supposed to take place. All that did was sign me up to a completely different site(platinumclub.com) without giving me any access to the site I had originally wanted to join. Scared that I would be charged a large fee, I tried to cancel my subscription by entering my id and password. It did not cancel anything and told me that I was a member of www.gtmember.com and I have a charge of $39.95 on my debit card from gtmember.com. I have tried to email... read full review »

The Nuera Network
Nuera is "a same-sex personal introduction service". They are highly skilled salespeople, but my experience is that they're not nearly as good at the job of matchmaking, which they offer for a jaw-dropping price.
Clients must pay a huge upfront fee, but Nuera makes no promises about how long it will take to refer you to the contracted number of matches -- weeks, months, years -- except for a vague reference to "a timely manner, based on the availability of compatible referrals". They won't reveal how many or few... read full review »

On April 6th, 2009 I was solicited credit services by a Joe Rairie Chief Executive Officer of Brick Work Ventures via email. Mr. Rairie stated what his organization offers is a credit repair program called a credit wipe. He stated with this service that anything negative which is on my credit report can be removed. Once the items were removed his organization would assist in procuring a line of credit in the upwards of $175, 000 within 15 days after his credit sweep service was completed. The total cost for this service was quoted as $4200... read full review »
In The Zone Delivery
I've purchased a month of services from www.Inthezonedelivery.com, but it's a scam. They food is rather expensive, and they claim it should be very healthy, but to me it look like they've got some components from local McDonald.
Their fish was undercooked twice. I've cancelled their service after 2 weeks, but they wouldn't return me money for the rest of the month.

Spintop /Mystery P.I. Lost in Las Vegas
I bought the Mystery P.I. Lost in Las Vegas game. When I finally get to the last level, it freezes or completely stops. I see after digging into their online info that this game may not work on Vista which I have. If I had known this in the first place I would not have bought it. The first Mystery P.I. The Lottery Ticket worked just fine.
I have repeatedly sent emails to the support group for help. I guess they are all on vacation or so backlogged with complaints they don't answer.
I will not buy from them again. Obviously, they are only concerned with money they can get and not deal with their customers once their product is delivered. read full review »

Audi USA
I have an A6 with only 40k Miles on it with multiple problems. it is a 2003 so it is out of warranty. I spent $1200 at the Audi service shop with a result of them saying they don't know why it misfires. Now the immobilization control unit (some anti theft deal from Audi) has locked the car up and it will not start. They will not give me the codes unless I have it towed to an Audi dealer. I do not live near a dealer so the cost including towing of getting my own car started by a dealer is approximately $2000. I have owned about 200 cars and this is the biggest nightmare I have ever seen. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T BUY AN AUDI! read full review »
