Last May (2010) I was supplied with a new laptop power adapter and battery from this supplier. After 10 days the power adapter blew up and tripped out the whole floor of my office. I have been trying ever since to get hold of them to replace it without a single communication from them. Now the battery does not take or hold a charge. I wrote to them at their UK address to find that the letter could not be delivered. They appear to provide rubbish and do not honor their customer service statement on their website. We were sold a bogus bundle package from Direct TV back in November. We've since been told by AT&T that the phone and internet offered by Direct was never available in our area. I used this website for car rental; I needed a car for 4 days to transport my family (2 adults 2 children + baggage) a distance of around 700 kilometers. I hired Jeff Major. His company name is THE MAJOR GROUP. Jeff Major was hired to be an adjuster for my family to help us with a claim with an insurance company due to a fire at our home. This is a major ripoff ! . I sent two high dollar cameras to them, the cameras were signed for but Gazelle can't find them in the warehouse. This company must not be touched. My car was sent there with a problem with it's engine.
