I bought a set of struts for my 02 Dodge Intrepid from this company on Mar 1, 2011. The first indication of a problem was that 2 of the upper mounting bolts broke upon installation (they were properly torqued, with a tried and true torque wrench). Had problems with my Toshiba Satellite laptop having upgraded to Windows 7 approximately 10 months ago. Toshiba tech support recommended I do a system restore and reinstall the original operating system. Over the last two weeks I tried to purchase tickets two different time for the the San Jose Sharks playoff games.
