EMCare failed to properly file a medical bill to my insurance company in proper way and have refused to fix the problem. Instead they sent the bill to a collection agency. Henceforth my credit was hit and I had to pay the bill out of my own pocket. I have called several times with no proper action taken on their behalf. we had a garage and carport fire. Our insurance adjuster called in Serv pro to come in and deep clean our house, shampoo carpets.My husband was at the house daily working with everyone who was here. We installed Syn Lawn that we bought for our 3 small dogs in late October 2010. from Lowes. We were told by Lowe's that it was a great product if you had dogs. We installed this product in our vacation home. The area we live in we can't grow grass because of water restrictions. This winter we've had lots of rain and snow. There has been a stain on my $2000 sofa for about 3 months. I dug around for my worrynomore brochure, but could not find it. A wedding and master's degree program got in the way of further investigation. When I finally called, they informed me that since I did not call within 10 days of noticing the stain, they cannot help me. I started crying because in an economy such as the one we are in $2000 + the cost of the warranty is a lot of money to lose, and they hung up on me. This company sold us a defective shredding truck system. We lost business and money as a result of the system constantly breaking down and having to be taken to the repair shop. I checked my bank statement today and noticed a withdrawal of $125 from SKS Associates. I notified my bank and informed them that this withdrawal was unauthorized. They are disputing the charge. I Googled SKS Associates and come to find that they have something to do with Northern Leasing. This is the company I had leased my credit card processing machine from many years ago.
