On May 14, 2009. My cell was stolen/lost. I called Tmobile on that day to stop service, and I went to file police report that the phone was lost. I put in claim with Asurion. After a 24 review, they claim was denied because they said I turned service off on May 18, 2009, which was false. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES! My ordeal has been going on since Dec. 2, 2008 over the ECU module for a 1990 Mazda. The module was supposedly "repaired" 3 times. We purchased a 2009 Tomos Streetmate R. We have only owned it for 31 days. The moped has 75 miles on it. The moped was in the shop for 2 weeks out of the 31 days we have owned it. Needless to say the moped has been rode 4 times and 2 of the times was when we drove it home from the dealer. I had Lunch today in Wafi Gourmet and ordered one of their displayed ready meals. When they brought it over to my surprise it was soup plate with 4 pieces of stuffed zucchini and grape leaves with just barely enough sauce. I figured OK light meal for lunch. The only thing I would say about Dynasplint is their customer support or lack there of. It is possible it may be just one person but I have been fighting a billing issue since 2007. I have called our "rep", sent emails, write letters. I ordered strawberry, bananna pancake and ham. the pancake were dry and the ham was not cooked. we requested the manager (Bob ) night shift.. first of all a manager is the highest position that night. If a customer has a complaint the manager is suppose to listen, instead he came over with an chip on his shoulder . in all my experience, i have never met a manager that did not or would not listen to his customers. I hardly know where to start...The MTA has got to be one of the worst companies in the history of...history. Cutting service, raising prices, lowering standards, and lowering maintenance of buses.
