I purchased an LG TV from Video Only in 2008. The panel went out 10 months after purchase and LG eventually issued a Return Authorization letter. I took the letter and the TV back to the Federal Way Video Only where the purchase was made and was informed that Video Only doen't honor manufacturer RA's from LG. I ordered a knee support. It was supposed to take 3-6 business days. When it came, 16 days later, it was the wrong size. I sent it back at my expense, ordered another. Again the wrong size. I called.
