Sent an email to me saying my "EOB" (Explanation of Benefits) was ready. So I go the the site using their link. I cannot get the EOB to display - I get an error message from the site that it cannot be accessed. All the other links work. I call their website support. I paid over $3K for a Sony XBR LX900 clearance item only to find out once the item shipped to my house that it was an open box item. When I purchased my item, the sales person said we would recieve the 2 PAIR 3D glasses with the TV but when Geek Squad came to install there where no glasses. I attended Westwood College for a semester, and after that semester I figured it was a total waste of my time and rip off. The teachers wasn't so great. I knew they have a pre-existing conditions clause and I faxed them my letters of credible coverage like they asked for. in July I was laid off from my job where I had United Healthcare for two years. Ross Splitt rented a property from me in Morrison, CO. He was consitantly late on rent, and did not pay for the last two months of rent. He had to be evicted. He installed ceiling fans incorrectly and made holes in the walls and ceiling. He partially and painted the property and did a poor job. His dogs destoryed the basement by unrinating and ripping down wall coverings. He left the backyard full of a ridiculous amount of dog feces. He also left the house trashed. After being prompted to us Ontrac Shipping by a delivery person, I decided to try it for my west coast shipping needs. I shipped a small box but once it was scanned it showed as an envelope. I was told it was a type o and gave it no more thought until it was lost. This was a high dollar shipment . I was very disappointed by the quality of a 1st Communion dress I purchased from them which I had ordered online. For my $120 I received a wrinkled dress with the beading falling off, with unfinished sleeves that had strings hanging. It was very unlike the beautiful photo on their slick website. They have a no return policy and according to the packing info I received they warn, "please be advised that our return policy is strictly enforced and we will not tolerate demanding emails or phone calls for refunds". Absolutely horrible!!! We reserved a 7 seat wagon for an early pick up well in advance. At checkout(930AM because they opened late), it took two hours even though they had everything on file (the attendant was talking to her friends on the phone).
