This is the second year I have used this pool. It has been nothing but a big pain. The filter is too small for the pool size and has to be cleaned every day. This is not an easy task and is not user friendly. The plunger valve assembly which turns off the water from the pool to the pump broke and the company is out of stock for the part. This makes it even more difficult to clean the filter and screen in the pump. And the parts department was not very helpful when I called to find out when the part would be available and what I was supposed to do in the meantime. read full review »

Recently we purchased a Clearwater Spa hot tub from Poolworks in Orlando. From the day it was set up we had problems with the jets on it. We were not able to turn some of them others just fell out completely. The stereo remote has never worked right. When we called for service for these issues they sent out a tech who worked on the jets and he was able to get most of them working but not all of them. He was never able to fix the stereo issue. We ordered $12, 000 in replacement windows, paying $3500 deposit in March 2007. After considerable delays they finally came and did measurements last week of April. Since then frequent attempts to contact the owner have met with no response. Becoming suspicious we contacted Sunrise Windows and learned that Prime Seal have been an INACTIVE customer with them for at least 8 months. Offerwire ripped me off! I ordered a D-Link wireless router and modem from Comcast THROUGH Offerwire. First, the wirless router is a piece of JUNK! My laptop was buffering every video and my download speeds were horrible. After a couple of days trouble shooting with Comcast, I ended up giving it away and buying a Linksys Wireless-G (amazing). They are scammers. They must be buying shirts after events are over and then sending them out. I never got my shirt. I reported them to BBB, Facebook, and many other websites. They sell NCAA sports clothing during big events. Their scam is that they waist until the even is over to send out your goods. They do this so they can buy it on the cheap and then sell it for full price. That must be what they do. Otherwise, Team Fan Shop is just scamming people, which is not cool. I have been waiting for my livingroom furniture for 8 months. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. First they deliver the wrong furniture and try to blame me for the mistake. Then they dont call back or try to resolve the issue. I have talked to Avi (store manager???) several times and he gives me the run around or they say he is not there and will call back (NEVER). I ordered a bag on line through Myjuicycouture.com not realising that the web site is fake. The money went from my Visa credit card to PAYPAL who then in turn was suppose to pay the supplier. I have since discovered that the suppliers is fake - surely PAYPAL should check their clients crudential before doing business with fake companies and passing our money onto such companies. I will never deal with PAYPAL AGAIN. When you call paypal in the USA, and ask questions about their supplier - all they tell you is that it is confidential. Unlike many others, apparently, I had no trouble receiving the glass shelf I ordered. Since I determined that it wouldn't work in a bathroom remodel, I have tried repeatedly to get a return authorization from the company. My calls to customer service have been forwarded to an answering machine which takes the message, but - you guessed it - no one returns my call. This outfit gives internet shopping a bad name. Made an appointment to get my recalled Maytag washer (dont recommend this brand AT ALL) with Maytags nominated service representative GGSL in Norwalk. They did not even call or show up. I called them and Maytag called them to figure out if they were coming or not. Mind you I had to take time off of my work to be there in the 4 hour window so when we were stood up, we were upset. They still are not returning or taking calls. In this economic climate, who is able to 1. Once upon a time I had a Providian credit card; I never went over limit; I never paid late or bounced checks; I always paid more than the minimum and NEVER had a problem. We have a rental property with a section 8 renter. They are not able to set up trash collection with the City of Kennesaw because they are not the owner of the house. It seems the Kennesaw change this policy in December of 2010. While living in our previous home, we had service for 8 years and cut it off after moving into our new home. These guys are scam artists, I took my 95 volvo 850 in after going to VIP for an alignment and because VIP didn't have the part to fix my loose front struts and back bushings I called the Darling Volvo dealership. These people prey on people. They search ads. Find your telephone numbers and offer an advertisement ad for your boat, home, or rv. You do not need to find out the market value of your item. You can go to NADA.com to research and RV. The service is non-refundable. I would never recommend their service to anyone. They hound you. Indian man with Indian supervisor claim to be from fix-mycomputer in Hurst, TX (3417 Bear Creek Dr.) call claiming Microsoft sends them all the error reports off your PC. First of all USHealth Group isn't any part of Homeland Healthcare. Homeland Healthcare has several policies that they sell. Homeland does there customer service ONLY!!! I have had a policy since September when this policy came out and they have paid all my claims also they have covered my pre-exisiting conditions. So before you put something on here you might want to research the company more so you know what your talking about. Not all insurance companies are not going to satisfy everyone. The floors are gapping, uneven, shifting and waving due to their FAILURE to acclimate our flooring. I am suing Wells Fargo and have gone through heck-and-back with them. I worked with their Loss Mitigation Depts. at a time when I was NOT behind in payments believing that they would correct a major escrow mistake that they created (they used Stuart * ). I bought a puppy from this man and I noticed on the way home that the puppy had a scaly scalp and on it's belly were red marks.
