I bought a $30 Tmobile prepaid refill card at Best Buy to use when activating a Tmobile cell phone I had bought before. I ordered a pair of UGG boots from this company, and they sent me fake boots. I had to jump through hoops to find a return address to get a refund. The refund NEVER happened, and it cost me 50 dollars to send them back. The company promised for weeks that a refund was processing. I called them from the yellow pages, based on their advertisement "30 years experience, Local Family Owned and Operated." As a single mom, I needed someone to trust. I had a clogged line. I was told on the phone that it would be $200 if they could use existing cleanout, and $500 additional if no cleanout was available and they needed to remove my toilet. I am very disillusioned with Ladco Leasing and Elavon processing. I closed my business several months ago, I called both Ladco and Elavon to close the accounts and return the terminal. I signed a years lease which ended in March of 2011. I have been receiving notices from the WFNNB for three years now and I don't understand why. They tell me that a significant change has been made to my Victoria's Secret Credit Card Account. I want for your service to refund the money that it removed from my account in the amount of 47.54 that was removed on 04/04/11 and another that was removed on 02/10/11 in the amount of 58.76, there is no reason why these withdraws should of ever took place. I was notified that I would be called the morning of the service and given a time frame as to when the workers would arrive at my house for the installation of the carpet I ordered. They called and let me know I was the first job they had and they would arrive between the hours of 9am and 1pm. I couldn't supervise their work and only found out after they had left that they put asphalt sealer on top of SAND. Complete rip-off. I put in a claim for the Water Heater, they sent a plumber who request to replace because internal leaking. But they said they don't cover the tank even thought the policy said it cover all major parts. The main part of the water heater is the tank, if you don't cover the tank than what are you define here as "all major parts". Then they conviently forget to pick up an expensive mountain bike, only to return later to pick it up and do not list it on their inventory list and SURPRISE! It's lost in the move.
