While I worked as a supervisor at the Hendersonville Career Connections, I was told repeatedly to double enter and sometimes triple or quadruple enter the number of people "served" through the center. They inflate their numbers by counting them if they register at one center and then go to another center, they count them up to four times if they register through the re-entry program and then, after a one-time consultation, move over Career Connections and are counted again thereby artificially inflating their numbers. Absolute bunch of crooks. Took my money promising next day delivery, but took 2 weeks to deliver. By this time I had made 2 attempts to cancel the order by email because 2 weeks was too late for my girlfriend's birthday, but no reply. Eventually they sent an email saying that they would accept a return as a good will gesture, but I would have to pay to send it back and would be refunded less the outbound delivery charge + stocking fee. Now that we want to discontinue our service, they state that our contract (which we signed with a company that they took over) is on auto renewal and is extended until 2014!
