DRIVE TIME is just horrible. I bought a car April of 2008, had to bring it in two days after I bought the car because it rained and I found leak in the sunroof. My car was made into a mini pool. Took it to Drive Time and they sent me to a shop to fix the matter. It happened again and they fixed it again. Two months after that, the sunroof would not open!!! Paid $250 for service contract. Salesman said this was best way and that I could cancel at any time. He described how and where they would spray. They came and sprayed in 1 receptacle despite what salesman said was necessary. Were here less than 10 minutes. I still had ants. I called and they came back. I had to change an expensive shirt that bled the color when washed. The store refused to give me a refund but gave me only a credit to buy another shirt. The second shirt also bled and now I had to exchange it for one white shirt in the hope that it will not bled but I will never buy again from Polo Ralph Lauren and recommend everybody never buy from that store. When confronted they said the best they could do was let me keep the boots for a 15% discount or send them back to China with tracking (over $30!) for a 70% refund. Whitaker Pool & Spa is an organization that opens and closes pools year after year. They state that they have over 20 years experience. My experience unfortunately was a bad one. Two years ago Pete was hired to replace leaky water pipes under my house. Last week I had a leak and hired a plumber to fix it. When they found the problem it showed that Pete had not even bothered to weld the pipe connection and my home leaked all that time. I requested he pay for the new repair but he refuses.
