I've been to this supposedly "upscale" salon several times in the past with average results. The reason I've returned is it is convenient to my home. I had a terrible experience today with the manager/owner "Phyllis" who apparently has no problem letting clients wait as long as an hour for service, with very little apology. I too have problems with the Kenmore Elite Trio Refrig. Mine has a bad fan motor. I have had the refrig. for two years, while under maintenance agreement having the same trouble getting the appliance serviced another person. I bought a few high dollar pillows, down, and was generally happy with them. After a few months the down feathers with long sharp quills started to work their way through the covers. hey would actually scratch you and sometimes draw a little blood.
