We booked 4 round trip tickets from Detroit to San Francisco and back. When we went to come from from SF to Detroit we found that Spirit had discontinued service to Detroit and were left with no option but to pay $750.00 each to fly home on another airline. I purchased a pair of glasses from Sam's Club Optical less than 6 months ago. I purchased the Scratch Guard coating to be applied to them. I had my WaMu card service changed to SST. Someone (an employee) used my card without my permission. She didn't know that it was close to the limit and used it for a lot of small purchases. I can't get them to return my calls at all for repairs that need to be done to my pool cover! I've called all over trying to buy the parts I need directly from the manufacturers and they keep referring me back to Aquamatic to purchase the parts and they won't call me back. I am willing to pay for the repairs. Apparently the parts are proprietary to this application so you can't get them anywhere else. It is a $10k cover. I took my Taurus in for repair because the front end was shaking. I discovered that there is a recall on defective springs which were broken and replaced for free, however, after a $200 repair on defective sway bars.
