Hi we recently went to Lebo's on Kellogg Ave and it was disgusting!!! Flies all over the place (inside) tiles on the floor coming up, a weird cat pee smell through out the whole place. I signed with Bellsouth/Protection One in August of 2006 and paid an install of $149 and agreed to $29.95/month. Our business lease is up in December of 2007. When we called to cancel, we were told this is a 5 year agreement! Who signs a 5 year agreement? Who pays for an install on a 5 year lease? This company is the same company that was also know as allmyfavoriteshows.com. The DVDs that were sent to me were poor copies and in my case (which was a 12 set DVD) some of the DVDs were duplicates. I contacted them several times by phone and by internet only to be told that they were sending me a replacement set at their expense with a return envelope for my faulty DVD set. We purchased a Sleep Number 700 bed from a local Mall store in Charlotte NC. It took 3 weeks to get it delivered, they forgot to take away the old mattress's even though they had to step over them in my drive way and the bed is already leaking after 48 hours. This company does not deserve anyones hard earned money. The so-called customer service department wants to schedule the pick up of my old bed on Oct 13... 19 days after the bed was delivered. Was in dollar general store in orlando florida, near home where I spend a great amount of money each week buying supplies for my business. The service there was very upsetting this past weekend so much so that I will no longer shop there while the employees that are running that store are no longer there. When we received a notice our 2003 Cadillac was NOT going to be supplied with OnStar service effective December 2007, we purchased enough telephone minutes to last until that time. Recently, with over 100 minutes left on our telephone, you WITHDREW our minutes--without any notice. Now, we learn they had to be renewed by a certain date--or we'd lose the existing minutes. Two years ago, I got a set of Craftsman cordless tools from Sears. Recently the battery charger became defective and I tried to buy another one. My wife has Multiple Scerlosis and was told that she can not come into the Disney Theme Parks after we purchased our disney vacation package, with her Segway which she has a medical prescription to have and absolutely needs to get around. I paid a couple of thousand dollars for what I thought would be a top-of-the-line appliance by Thermador, and now I'd give anything to get rid of it and replace it. The oven makes so much noise that you want to turn it off asap to restore some peace and quiet. The oven takes a long time to heat up (about 20 or more minutes) and about 5-10 minutes to cool down so that the noisy fan shuts off. Six weeks ago, Metro Factory Service came to repair my KitchenAid refrigerator. The technician said the problem was a defrost timer, which he replaced. The refrigerator worked for a short time, becoming gradually warmer in recent days. I asked Kroger to transfer a balance from an American Express Card run out of USAA federal savings bank. They somehow sent a check to American Express itself instead of USAA and the money disappeared. My USAA AmEx doesn't have it, American Express won't look for it and Kroger says it's up to me to find out what happened to it. Meanwhile I'm out $6000!!! M6.net (www.m6.net) hosting services – based in Australia, advertised as targeting USA. I applied for ‘instant activation’ of hosting with M6.net and completed the required online card transaction. No email was sent back to me and I have no hosting. Emails to sales and billing email addresses requesting refund have not yielded responses. I will be contacting payment card company/bank to try and force a reversal of the transaction. I now also realize that the payment system was their own and not through a third party secure payment system. We purchased a refrigerator freezer from Sears?in the spring of 2000. It was a problem from the get go. You could grow old waiting for enough ice to come out the door to fill a glass, but would find puddles of water and ice cubes on the floor whenever it felt like dispensing them.
