Rainbow vacuum cleaner (the e series) is the one i bought, this thing is a expensive piece of junk. The cord is so cheap it gets very warm during use, it does not pick up things off my carpet near as good as my much much cheaper sears vacuum, so many times i have to loosen things on the rug before the rainbow will pick it up,so i get out my 200 dollar sears and get the job done. This company sold me wall-to-wall carpet that is the wrong color/shade. They did not give me any warranty information. I finally asked and they said to go online and get it. There are 10 different warranties online. I did not buy the carpet online so why should I go there to get information they should be supplying in pamphlet form. They also said Mohawk would get in touch with me and come to my home to inspect. Mohawk said that will never happen. They will always go through the vendor to reach the customer. I had a Juniper/Barclays bank credit card. Soon thereafter I received a check for $8 included in my statement. My husband assumed it was a rebate or rewards check and deposited it in our bank along with our other deposits. We wanted to buy high speed internet service and decided to go through our current satellite dish provider, DirectTV. Apparently, DirectTV provides high-speed internet through another company called WildBlue, which then contracts out to BuyTelco. I bought a Sears Kenmore side by side model # 56546400 based on the Consumer Reports recommendation. I did not have it home a week and the first Jabil controller board burnt out. Ebay should prohibit the selling of gift cards regardless of how they are obtained. I work at a retail company and know that when customers return items without a receipt they get a store credit. But with our company, we use plastic cards that don't say store credit but they say gift card. We have dishonest customers who steal for a living just to return items and get store credit to sell on Ebay. This is just a warning for anyone considering mailing anything from Circuit City to a member of a deployed military person. Once we realized that mistake later in August, we contacted campaigner.com to let them know about the error but they refused to refund the credit card charges ($320), even if they can easily check that the account was not used at all. I have insured an AC unit with AHS for 15 years, only to have my claim for replacement denied. The AHS rep said that the unit is "dirty, rusty, and has mold growing on it." The unit is an outdoor unit that is 25 years old. It is dirty and it is rusty, but the mold is growing around the pad that the unit is sitting on, not on the unit itself. The coil is leaking not because the unit is dirty, but because the unit is 25 years old and just worn out.
