I have insight digital in one room with roadrunner and basic cable from insight in two bedrooms. My bill is about $80 a month. I decided that digital is pointless for me to have. The only good thing about digital is being able to hit info and seeing what you are watching and whats on other channels. I called to follow up and received a email confirm with no order status. I waited 2 weeks and made several calls to check on the status. I never received a call back stating the status of my order. We had a house fire and we contracted them to do the work. Our cupboards were hung crooked, baseboards were two different kinds in the same room. It appears that nothing has changed at Ecco. I used to buy Ecco shoes for their comfort but found that on three pairs of shoes the centres of the soles came away after little wear. I had two checking accounts with Compass. I called the 800 number and asked them to link them together. The lady was new and ended up very to call me back and then saying them were linked together. I did have life-time 360 pro share installed. It was accidentally permanently deleted from my files. The problem is that I can not get it back on, even with the instructions they send from the Tech support. It's already payed for, but there isn't any way to get it back. Very few HD channels are provided at a very high cost. I currently pay over $70.00 a month for cable tv alone. All dish providers offer more HD channels at a cheaper price.
