On 4/9/2007 I purchased an Oster blender, (Model# 6629). I picked this manufacturer and model because of the $10.00 rebate. I completed the rebate form making sure it was comleted correctly and enclosed all the needed items including the UPS code and mailed it on 4/11/2007. I keep all of my receipts. I purchased a suit from The Limited and it sat in my closet in the garment bag for about 3 months. I decided I just did not like the material on this particular suit. This is really false advertising - especially on Sunday's! I've stood in a line of approx. 9 people and only 1 checker. When I asked about the "3's a crowd" policy, I was told that another checker didn't come on duty until 10:00 am. I would like to hear from anyone that has a ad in the Veriszon yellow pages and that had the ad renewed without your authorization when the publication of the yellow pages was assumed by Idearc. Idearc tells me that a letter was mailed to me in August of 2006 advising me that my ad would automatically renew unless I advised them otherwise. However, I never received that letter. Orbitz booked my flight with car at budget on my walmart visa. They charged my card and when i went to pick up the car budget said they wanted another 100.00 on a different credit card. My Sharp Aquos broke down within eight months of purchase. I have tried to get them to send out a repair person. The best they can do is a seven day wait in the Metropolitan area of Riverside/San Bernardino of California. This is unacceptable. Over a year ago I purchased a DVR from Best Buy. The DVR did not work. I was told by Direct TV to return it to Best Buy and get another DVR. I did so, and so the games began. Rainbow vacuum cleaner (the e series) is the one i bought, this thing is a expensive piece of junk. The cord is so cheap it gets very warm during use, it does not pick up things off my carpet near as good as my much much cheaper sears vacuum, so many times i have to loosen things on the rug before the rainbow will pick it up, so i get out my 200 dollar sears and get the job done. State of Maryland allows "Notice to Vacate without Cause" essentially in spite of Fair Housing, Civil Rights, and Americans with Disabilities Act. Landlords have the power to give their tenants the boot..even IF the tenant pays rent on time and keeps the apt presentable ie no drugs, loud partying... nothing. I paid $14.95 to this company Intelius for a reverse phone number search. They claim to have the latest records, but the record they gave me was at least a couple years out of date. It had a woman's name (the phone number actually belonged to a man), and they showed it as a land line but it was actually a cell phone. I contacted the company but they wouldn't give me a refund. I have experienced that the Corelle Dinnerware set purchased some 15 years ago to have a very explosive nature. Some of the dishes exploded just sitting in the cabinet, but the last experience almost maimed my wife. Their needs to be some sort of warning sent out about this product. My friend took her 2001 Ford Windstar to the dealer to get her windshield wipers fixed. After three days the dealership realized that the fuse box was shorting out the fuse. (Please note has had problems with other fuses blowing out before this incident.) I have read many complaints on this product. The scam is exactly the same. I ordered some sample product, gave my credit card number for the shipping charge. A short time later my credit card was charged $149.95 and pills were sent to me that I did not order. I was able to speak to someone at Pure Energy Products and was told that I signed a contract. I DID NOT sign a contract. I was able to get my credit card company to reimburse the charges after I returned the product. I regret to say that the Acworth-Woodstock franchise of Lawn Doctor refused to honor their agreement with me. Their employees came and sprayed my yard in June, and within a few days, most of my grass was dying. I telephoned the office and found they were unresponsive to my complaint. I placed an order for lights on May 12th. I was told they would ship June 18th. Then July 27th. Then Aug 27th. Here it is Sept 4th, and still no lights and no response to my emails, calls, etc. If you try to talk to service status, you are ALWAYS put into a voice message and the calls do not get returned (they say it could take up to 2 days). On 09/04/2007, I found a representative from Centerpoint energy in my driveway who informed me that he was here to disconnect my gas service. The bill was being sent to another one of my properties on the other side of the country and I never realized that it was missing when the mail stopped being forwarded. I followed instructions in the Nokia 6126 manual to the letter. It wouldn't let me enter any PIN security code and when I made a 3rd attempt, it locked up and kept asking for a PUK code. Customer service said that I've lost all of my telephone numbers because the SIM card was now invalid ("fried" as she called it"). I have a 2004 lexus gx470 with 75,000 miles that I purchased new. Last week I was driving home on a side street in Brea CA and for no apparent reason I had no brakes. I used the emergency brake to slow and finally stop but could have easily been killed or killed others if this had happened on the freeway.
