On Aug.30th made arrangement for transportation to and from Sacramento Airport. On Aug.31st driver arrived and after entering the van driver demanded payment, not giving any receipt. Upon arriving at the airport I asked where we would be picked up upon arrival on Sept.5, 7:25 PM. Driver didn't know but said it would be at the end of the lane. Upon arrival Sept.5.7:20PM and getting our luggage I called for pick up and was told it would be 10minutes. I have many ongoing and unresolved issues with the Hoover Company. Two months ago I placed an order for a couple of filters and belts for my bagless vacuum cleaner. I have spent in excess of EIGHT hours on the phone trying to get these parts. I have spoken with one or two very helpful and pleasant reps and about 6 or seven rude and might I say incompetent reps. I recently moved back home from a University which had an absolutely amazing recreational facility. I saw the ad on The Cell Phone Store for a free phone , free shipping when ordering one phone Etc. Also if you were a customer you could update with a 2 yr contract extension. The 310 ltrs. fusion was purchased by me on 28.04.2007 from Sales Corner, Kothi, Baroda. No response from customer care center at Baroda No one is lifting Telephone or Numbers are given wrong by recorded telephone. I wish I would have seen this web site before I made a purchase through perkydesigns. I ordered some labels through them and it took a while for them to send a proof. We purchased a home warranty from National Home Protection in 2006. We couldn't at the time find anything bad about them online, we have since learned that the company was under another name at the time. Our dishwasher broke and we called for a preauthorization which we received. There was no local contractor so we were told to hire our own (this after a number of 20 minute waits on the phone). I purchased a pair of shoes from the ARCHE Company in NYC. They were comfortable in the store but after wearing them for 4 hours in NYC I could not walk in them. We have a 14 month old GE dishwasher with a GE 4 year service contract. In late March the machine started to vibrate and get very loud when pumping water. Service man came in May and said it sounded alright to him and he put insulation around the motor or the pump - not sure which. In August we had the repairman out again. For nearly 60 days I have received daily phone calls asking for someone who has never resided at my address. They seem to think it's a neighbor in my building and have been harassing me to locate them. On our recent trip to Walt Disney World, my family was almost ran over by a parking lot tram while we (and many other guests) were crossing in a marked crosswalk to the Handicapped parking lot at Epcot. Asurion cell phone insurance. I bought the insurance for my five Verizon Wireless phones. And one of my phones got damaged so I called the insurance who told me that my phone was not in stock but that they would send a comparable model. PODs. They are nationwide and on line. They are unbelievable! I ordered two pods, did NOT order blankets or locks, in fact went to U-Haul and bought my own items. Nevertheless, they loaded these items in to the POD containers, apparently expected me to remove them and return them to the driver who picked the pods up and when I didn't they charged me $119/month to rent blankets and a lock I never even used!
