computer keeps getting viruses that try to sell me anit virus software... and when I do not buy the soft ware the computer crashes and will not allow me to re-enter any of program.
I have had my computer serviced and they could not find any problems. When I went back on my e-mail accounts... it was then, that the computer did the exact same thing!! It comes up as "System Tools" and tells me that I have 38 viruses... which the Computer Tech confirmed that there was NOT any viruses in the computer.
Two hotmail accounts have been affected and now 2 computers are down because of this. [email protected]

I took my car to them to be fixed and they totaly my engine. I took them to court and the judge was senile and only awarded me 75 Dollars. I am in the process of doing an appeal right now. I am letting anyone who lives in the area and needs work done on their car please do not take it there. They will mess your car up and refuse to pay. read full review »

I DEMAND an Apology. I emailed Dollar General directly about how I was treated by the Staff and Management on Friday, March 4, 2011 and recieved a confirmation of receipt at 7:47am stating that IF my email required a reply they would be contacting me shortly. Well shortly is not 5 days later and still no reponse.

Gave all info to file federal return. Before processing, 123 asked for credit card info to file state return. Their web site, the next day, stated my fed return had been rejected for a bogus reason. My credit card was charged $14.95 for the state return even though it was never completed or filed. They ignore all my emails. read full review »

I wish to report this person... And what he is stating... He has it down on a blog that he is the CEO of a jewellery shop in London. The phone number for this shop is invalid... +44704078689...and +44702472798... both these numbers are invalid... They do not excist!!! I am western union quick collecting them large principle payments to pay off the car early and now they will not speak to me on the phone they shut off my ability to see my account online and on the phone. I bought a pair of gloves with heaters and after the battery failed, they said that they wouldnt replace. After a few uses they said I could buy a more expensive glove that didnt have the same issues. When I sent a letter to the owner, they agreed it was their fault but had 30 days to get me a new item. All the calls and fighting got me a battery, but it took so long the gloves sat in the closet for this winter so I didnt get to use them. Stay very clear of this company, they sell the stuff and then turn their back on you. read full review »

March 7, 2011 I went to the VisionWorks store because I had seen an ad in the Sunday paper with a "buy any frame in the store for $59" notice. When I went to the store with my child I asked the price of the lenses, single vision. I was told that the lenses for a child 17 and under started at $139- on up to $189. They are collecting credit card numbers. They advertise ridiculously low prices for camera gear, and get you to put in a credit card number which they refuse. They then email asking for bank account numbers so they can "save you 17.5%" in credit card fees! read full review »

These people contacted my grandmother as well. They said she won 2.5 million and had to send money to receive money. She told them that if she won then they should just use a portion of her winnings to pay that amount... anyway the numbers were 876-480-1747 and 876-376-9148. There was a call on my parent’s machine stating this man named Richard Marson was a broker and was trying to get a hold of my mom and that she needed to call him. The number was 1-876-498-6239.Not to mention Jamaica keeps showing up on I.D. My mom passed away 5 weeks ago, what a**holes. Rather than just preaching conservatorship, conservatorship, conservatorship... any ideas on how to simply block the calls from getting through? Conservatorship won't work for a lot of people, especially when the only apparent problem with some elderly persons is that they keep falling for this scam, sending money, etc.
I've read about various products - Caller ID Manager and others - but most seem to either be discontinued or don't work with landlines or have some limitations.

Brace yourself for minutes-long menus that give option after option that don't apply to your problem and simply repeat the same choices over and over. The hold time jumps. The customer service reps are apparently instructed to repeat the same lines no matter what you ask, no matter how much you try to get information other than what they are told to say.
Every time I attempted to do something online it told me "unavailable."

I opened a store(women's boutique) in June 2009, I was new to this country.I needed merchant service for the store in order to charge credit card. I called the IMS company, the sales person told me they charge only 0.5% for the credit card services, and the machine cost over $3000, they can lease it to me. Also they said will give me a $50 gas card for free. So I thought it's good deal, they didn't mention about other fees at all-- so I signed the contract.

My graphics card died after only 6 months of minimal use. I went through the lengthy eVGA RMA process only to receive another. It came in a professional looking box, but to my surprise when I opened it the card was in an Unsealed Bag with the label ripped off, Scratched and with Greasy Finger Print Marks all over it. Nation's Choice was the most unprofessional company I have ever refinanced with. Steve Sinodis and his employees never returned emails, took 3 months to close the refinance, and lost my cashier's check once we were at the end of the most difficult and stressful refinance I have ever encountered. I joined GOLD'S GYM Allentown, PA. I signed a contract with them for ABC to debit my credit card for a monthly fee. The facilities that I was using was constantly dirty and the equipment often times was broken. It would say out of service and would stay that way for a weeks on end. I ordered a weather breaker for a mobility scooter. After several telephone calls, the item was sent by mail and received on December 31st. It was a Christmas gift. I purchased a recliner for my father sometime back and he used it for 2 yrs before his passing. My mother gave it back to me and I found the mechanism was broken. I approached Lack Furniture in McAllen Texas and they attempted to get the necessary parts to fix the chair even when I didn't have the receipt. I appreciated their courtesy and effort. Franklin comes back with 'the parts are unavailable'
