My parents are getting called 3-4 times a day from a Mr. Davis and Rose from Jamaica. 876-551-6584 / 786-898-8552. Brace yourself for minutes-long menus that give option after option that don't apply to your problem and simply repeat the same choices over and over. The hold time jumps. A woman (heavy accent) stated she was from Bank of America in New York, stated my home address correctly, and said she was holding a $75, 000 check that I had won thru a sweepstakes entry (which I never entered). For the 3rd month in a row, since getting a new bank and new credit card, Bill Matrix cannot accept my payment. They would have me believe it's the card. I use the card for online and in person purchases everything from departments stores to merchandise companies all the way in China and no one but Bill Matrix has trouble accepting my card. He was contacted by the Better Business Bureau who was contacted by the 'American Money Mart' (I think that's what he called it) to assist them in delivering a large sum of money. I just got my ticket for the Lady Gaga Concert in the Bank Atlantic Center in Sunrise Fl., I can’t believe that they charged me almost double the ticket price and I only realized this after I got the ticket at home since it had the real ticket prize. I called two weeks ago and spoke to a customer service rep who told me I should have looked at the Terma and Conditions. My ire apparently wasn't enough as they hit me with another fee this month.
