I found a charge on my bank statement for 3 month Jan through March and was unaware since I only use this account for one particular thing and got an overdraft notice which made me investigate and not only is this charge of $29.95 they also have another company that is charging $2.00 per month- mvq*yoursavingsc 17CT, which is Your Savings Club. Babies r us needs to stop hiring high school dropouts. We opened a baby registry with them in the above location and when we asked a store assistant about some product details - while employee was answering our question the manager "Amanda" stops by and tells us that we are not allowed to get assistance for more than 5 mins. I purchased an upright DiamondBack Fitness bike Model Apex U6, Item # 21753 on 12/28/10, brought it home, and assembled it that same night. After ordering their "free trial" offer for ColoThin, paying "only the shipping charge", my Visa card was automatically billed for $69.95 and another (unauthorized) container shipped to me. I shipped the second package back, unopened, and asked for credit to my Visa card. If the refund is not made promptly, my attorney will look into putting together a class action lawsuit against the company. A couple of days latter Kathy emailed me and said "because we forgot to insure the shipment I would have to pay her $250 to give to TNT shippers that where holding the package in Calif. until they get the $250. I purchased an extended warranty issued by Banker's Warranty Group on an LG refrigerator. It has been 7 days since the repairman was at the house. Strayer university has a policy to keep student refund checks for a max of 5 weeks. Therefore earning interest off the students money for the organization. Students go through pure HELL to recieve their own refunds. They are lied to. They are promised time spans to recieve and told many stories that they are being processed. Outbound calling center. Starting working there in July 2010, sat in the basic chairs that were there, in two hours time I get this pain at the base of my spine, unable to sit no more. They want you to send upfront money to secure a position in acquiring Business lines of credit, and or a spot on the Trading Platform. The correspondence is good for a few weeks at best. but when it comes to your funding date, it keeps getting pushed further and further back. Then there's no communication. This company does not care about their tenants one bit. I live in a moldy falling down townhouse that the company does not care about. I found years worth of mold growing in the venting system and had to pay to get it cleaned because the property manager would not have them cleaned, found mold growing in the utility closet and they came out a month later and had it painted over. Now the roof leaks took them a month to look at that too, and I have a leak in the ceiling in a bedroom, again they came and painted over it.
